Came out to scope for installing a NEST system. Someone they left me with a broken HVAC and dents in my fresh painted walls. I’ve called 6 times and each time call goes to a call center. I’m told someone will reach out and prioritize my case but it has been 24 hours and no resolution. I’m told there is no direct line to a manager.
