Browns Heating & Cooling did an excellent job at servicing my Furnace and AC. I will not shop with any other HVAC company going forward. They were professional in all aspects. I will continue to use this company for my HVAC maintenance and repairs. Thank you all again!

Ramod and his crew are professional, cordial and know their business well, installing two (2!) furnaces in my home and maintaining them — along with an existing HVAC system and boiler — in a reliable, friendly and, especially, affordable way. Ramod is a methodical, patient and congenial fellow who's glad to answer any and all questions, and his crew of installers and technicians follow suit, with their dispatcher Enjoli being the icing on the cake, always speedily and instantly responding with scheduling suggestions and adjustments. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have been a customer of Browns Heating and cooling for almost 4 years now, and hands down they have been the best service I have ever used that is why I dont plan to change them. They installed and manage my HVAC system and my hot water tank when it broke. They are reasonably priced, and Ramod make you feel like you are his only client. Their service is outstanding!!! AND RAMOD KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!! You need to have experienced multiple people try to cluelessly fix a problem they claim is in their field and absolutely dont know what they are doing. Ramod is knowledgable and will take the time to explain what the issues is to you, he does your job the proper and right way so when you go to sleep, you can be rest assured you dont have anything to worry about! I would give him 1 stars not 5 if I could. They will be one of the priceless resources you will rarely find.

I hired Ramod with Brown's Heating & Cooling for a few jobs. He's professional, knowledgeable & gets the job done in a timely matter. Not to mention their prices are really fair. I hired him to repair a furnace and he showed me how to repair it myself. This saved me money and will benefit me in the future. I will continue to hire Ramod for any future Hvac repairs & jobs. We needed a new force air conditioning. After estimates from other companies, Brown's Heating and Cooling gave us the best price. Mr. Ramod and his crew were extremely professional and competent of HVAC system. He is a well knowledge able, well educated engineer and trustworthy. Right from the start, he explained everything from proposal, maintenance and installation. He explained in simple terms and answered every questions we have about our new air conditioning. I've used these guys in the past and have been impressed each time. This time my AC AND heat wouldn't work. I tried to find out what the issue could be (googled common issues, watched hours if YouTube etc) and couldn't figure it out. I called Browns heating and Cooling and Ramond came out the same day and fixed the issue on the spot. Fast, affordable and friendly service.

Ramod was very thorough with the inspection that we delayed for 2 years. Replaced the igniter, cleaned everything up and checked for every potential issue, including carbon monoxide. Fair prices, fast service, and excellent attention to detail. Definitely recommend Browns HVAC as they value their reputation and care about the quality of service!

These folks are great. From setting up the appointment through getting my issue resolved, everything was a breeze. I called with an urgent request to get a furnace looked at in a very cold day and they came out within and hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue.
