Better late than never,

Larry replaced a 24-year-old furnace in my building, and it works like a charm. He and his co-worker did a great job. He moved my washer and dryer and finished up in a timely manner. Other than more than satisfactory work, Larry's communication was excellent, and everything was one time and done right.

I highly recommend Zepsa mechanical.

My first experience with Zepsa was excellent. My scheduled appointment was at 5pm due to work, but Larry called to say he could come earlier in the day in case somebody was home in the heat. I thought that was a nice touch.

Larry was able to diagnose and resolve the AC issue quickly, explaining his thinking along the way. He was also great at giving honest, thorough answers for any questions I had. He also provided several options along the way, with an honest analysis and explanation of each.

He also had a great sense of humor and was in the best most possible mood for somebody that had been up since 4:30am working in the heat!

I'm always a bit cautious finding new contractors, but Zepsa is a company that has certainly restored my faith. Definitely recommended!

Zepsa Mechanical did an outstanding job installing and maintaining brand new heating and cooling units in my commercial buildings. Larry was communicative and informative throughout the process. His team was able to get the work done per our schedule and fit into our budget (Larry even gave us coupons to save money even after we had a signed contract). Zepsa Mechanical was recommended to me by a coworker, and what a great recommendation it was. We were moving to a new place and wanted to install central air there. Larry came over for the estimate (which was the lowest among several contractors I asked) , took a lot of notes and explained installation options and process in great detail, thoroughly answering all of my questions. Larry and his team worked long hours, including both Saturday and Sunday to finish the job, and it turned out even better than I'd hoped for. I will make sure to use Zepsa for any HVAC-related work in the future. Five stars and highly recommended!

They did a wonderful job installing 2 heaters, air conditioners, and air purifiers in our home. Larry not only addressed our HVAC concerns, but he genuinely cared about going above and beyond to help us. Zepsa' crew showed up on time and were very clean and considerate during the entire installation. My wife and I are grateful that we found a company that is not only professional but does outstanding work.

I live in a condo and have been having problems with my furnace this winter. I scheduled an appointment on Zepsa’s website, which was very convenient. Larry, the owner, showed up on time (actually he was early). He was super polite and professional, and got to work right away. He didn’t mind me standing over his shoulder as he worked, and he explained the problems that he found. I authorized him to do whatever repairs/maintenance he recommended doing. He could have charged me $300 to clean my system, but when he opened up the furnace he found that the cleaning wasn’t needed. I appreciated his honesty. He finished up his repair, and now my furnace works sooooo much better. I was also impressed that he sent me a follow up email the next day to make sure everything was working well. Happy customer!

Our furnace stopped working during the day when we were at work and we did not realize it until around 6pm. Every place we called said they would not be able to make it out for 2 days, and the weather was below zero.

We called Zepsa and the owner, Larry, first tried to talk us through what could be wrong on the phone and tried to help us fix it at no cost, but unfortunately it was a larger issue than originally thought. Larry came out after hours to fix our furnace in sub zero Chicago temperatures and got everything fixed. He also was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. We will 100% be reaching out to Larry for any future HVAC needs.

The peak summer is not in yet but I am glad we did it now before peak of summer. I figured that installation was really the most important thing when it comes to installing a new system. I was looking for someone with good reviews on installation within our budget. Dont go with those big ones like Homedepot Costco etc, they are expensive and not sure if they will be as patient and perfect as Larry. I am glad I found Zepsa Mechanical for a great price. Larry came with Pete and Rob. They worked from 8 am to 3pm. They did an excellent job without rushing into the installation. They also replaced the valve on my water heater. The house has the perfect temperature now. I will only use this company again.

Larry has done a bunch of work on a number of hanging heaters we had in varying states of disrepair. He was able to get each unit back up and running after identifying the unique problems each was having. Its hard to find a trustworthy HVAC tech who is prompt and skilled enough to tackle any job. Would recommend, and will continue to use. Thanks!
