Zepsa Mechanical

Great crew of guys who do exceptional work. I've been service writing for 15 years and I could tell these guys are straight shooters from day one. I've had at least 5 visits now dealing with everything from minor fixes to replacing mechanicals. Some jobs were clearly prioritized by the team when the issue was urgent, and others they took some time to figure out a creative (read: cheaper) solution. I've always felt well informed, the work has been done the right way every time, and the pricing is transparent. They've gained my trust and I'll have them back.

Larry is the best HVAC guy in Chicago. He installed my A/C and does yearly tune-ups. He’s always prompt, courteous and fair. Would highly recommend.

Explained everything clearly in advance. Showed up on time and replaced our old old furnaces and A/Cs in 2 days. Very neat. Did extra work without extra change. Very reasonable price. Larry and his company deserve a five star.

I wished I could give this company more than 5 stars. Our furnace broke and Zepsa had Julio here in 2 hours to diagnose a bad inducer motor. This is the 3rd one in 3 years. Zepsa identified an exhaust issue and they re-piped it to 4" from 3" which kept causing the exhaust failure. I Love these guys! BEST HVAC COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH WHEN IT COMES TO MY PROPERTIES!!!

Incredible. Speed, timing, professionality of the best of breed. Usually when a repair person comes you have no idea what to expect, but I can say I’ve never had a better repair done in a timely process to date. The best customer service experience I had as well from a business that won’t let you down!

If you're looking for prompt service, friendly & courteous staff, easy to use online booking check out Zepsa. I used them for a tune up and inspection of my heater but will absolutely use them for further HVAC needs.
