Quick and efficient work by Patrick! He wore protective gear; mask gloves shoe covers... He ordered the parts needed for repair and my machine was fixed within 2 days. His visit was under an hour. He called to let me know when he was showing up. Very professional!!! Give them a call!!!

Patrick has been our “guy” since we bought an older home a little over a year ago. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He and Lazaro have replaced our water heater, furnace, and AC over the past year and have done a few bouts of maintenance and check on our dryer. Even with small questions we weren’t sure about — like capping a gas line after we removed an old oven the previous owners left — Patrick was quickly responsive and helped us out. Definitely recommend!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Patrick and his team are AMAZING! They were courteous, super knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and made me feel very safe having the systems we have. They went above and beyond, answering m questions after hours and ensuring our satisfaction. I met with four different HVAC companies before choosing Always There and I am so happy with the choice I made. Highly recommend.

Patrick came out and fixed my washer that was no longer draining. He was super responsive, and able to come out same day. He did an awesome job with the repair, pricing was very fair, and he was very professional. I will definitely be calling him again next time I have an issue.

Patrick is a amazing, reliable, responsible and extremely professional. The guy cleaned, tested and tuned my heating system. Then upgraded me to a smart Nest thermostat including a new line with a “C” wire. Would highly recommend to a friend or family member. Great experience!!!

Responsive, honest, have clear and illustrated an extremely high level of professionalism. The Company is completely transparent with the pricing model, which is also reasonable/competitive. Loved my experience! My furnace stopped working today (pretty cold day). I called "Always There" and spoke to Patrick, the owner. I decided to hire them because Patrick obviously knew what he was talking about on the phone, operates locally (I'm in Lincoln Park), offered to come promptly, and had a better pricing structure than the competitors (I'd already called two other places).

He came out, figured out the problem, did NOT try to upsell me (in fact, his price was incredibly good), and fixed my furnace. He also advised me on some other appliance issues I've been having. Really, really good experience.

Always There Appliance & HVAC Repair was at my Neighboor’s house fixing their furnace when I noticed their truck. I called their office and sure enough they were able to come by my place right after. Patrick was my tech and he was nothing short of an expert. He was very professional and was able to fix my furnace just with maintenance. Completely my fault for not having this take care of this year. So happy I saw their truck outside. Highly Recommend!!!

I called on a Friday around 2:00pm very hopeful to get someone out to fix my air conditioning unit. I really didn’t think I was going to be able to get someone out, but Patrick and his team were able to come out before 6:00pm. I have two children and for they were be able to come out same day, and be able to fix my air conditioner. They also performed routine maintenance on my furnace as well. I cannot thank Always There enough! Thank you Patrick!

I was referred to Patrick by an HVAC company in the suburbs. Patrick quickly diagnosed the fault code on our water heater and came back the next day to install the new part. I did a little of my own diagnosing and research so I had a good idea of the possible repairs needed which matched what Patrick said. I didn’t feel I was oversold. He was good at contacting me with his ETAs and he was clean and polite. 5 stars from me.
