We would like to sincerely thank Zepsa for his prompt and efficient services. I contacted him last minute during a hot Memorial day weekend, and he still made time to fix our AC. We are extremely pleased with the service. He was quick to resolve the issue and professional enough to do a follow-up phone call. The quality of service and the level of detail he conducted is what you expect from a small or large company. We will most definitely continue using Zepsa's services in the future. I would highly recommend Zepsa to family and friends alike.

This is the second time I contacted Zepsa Mechanical . The first time was just to come out and check my furnace to make sure was ready for the winter months. Last week my furnace was blowing out cold air. I contacted Zepsa Mechanical for a emergency service. They were at on another job and will be at my residence in a hour, to my surprise the technician arrived in 15 minutes. He found the problem with minutes and had the replacement part in his vehicle in all this took about 15 minutes to get my furnace working again. I highly recommend Zepsa Mechanical for their superb skills and proficient and their honestly. The low cost is a plus for his services.

The guys at Zepsa are all stars. Show up on time, talk you through the issues they see and give honest quotes for what you need. No BS. Highly recommended.

Update: Had a couple smart thermostats, a zone damper and humidifier installed in Nov. Everything working perfectly, done on time and under budget. Zepsa guys will be back in April to check the AC. Do yourself a favor and go with Zepsa!

Really nice guys and quality work at a reasonable price. He was able to come out to assess the problem really quickly and arrived exactly when promised. Told us what it would cost to repair and it was right in line with what we thought it should be. But since it was an old furnace we asked for a price on a new unit altogether. Again, good price and they could do it the next day. Top quality work. Highly recommend!

Zepsa Mechanical installed a new humidifier and thermostat for me and it was a great experience from beginning to end. They responded extremely quickly to my messages, asking for all relevant details/photos ahead of time so that there would be no surprises or unexpected costs, and quickly gave me an accurate, fair estimate that they honored. They are extremely flexible - I was able to schedule a rather early morning time that worked for my schedule. And most importantly, the work was done quickly, efficiently, and correctly.

To top it off, when I mentioned at the end of the installation that my thermostat reported a temperature that seemed a couple degrees high, they looked into the problem, figured out what was going on, and responded a couple days later with a simple suggestion that actually worked. Apparently there was a draft in my wall and plugging up the hole for the thermostat wires with some foam did the trick. They didn't have to follow up like that once the job was done. For all they knew, it could have been a defect in the thermostat itself. But they put in the extra effort to see if something could be done, and I appreciated it greatly.

Zepsa Mechanical really cares about doing right by the customer and I would highly recommend them for anything HVAC.

Fantastic service at a great price. I called about a broken AC unit on Monday, someone was over in an hour and diagnosed that my 20 year old unit is faulty and a detailed explanation where the problem is. I was able to schedule service to replace the unit Thursday morning. They actually ended up doing the service Wednesday evening since they knew the next day its going to be super hot. Professional, courteous, and top notch workmanship.
