We had an employee come out and refill our AC unit with Freon and it was a fraction of the cost that other company’s charge and the employee who came out was professional and informative. We will use this company again in the future and highly recommend their services!

Jared has great customer service skills . What loved most he called me to let me know his ETA. He arrived promptly. As soon as he entered, he went to look at the thermostat and furnace and begin to diagnosed the problem. Once he found what was going he fixed it immediately. Thanks Jared.

My A/C Unit went out over a holiday weekend. Browns was very quick to respond to my inquiry and even came out on a Sunday over the holiday weekend to diagnose the issue. When they determined I needed a new unit they explained my options and provided me with a quote for the project the same day. They scheduled my install very quickly and were very professional installing the new equipment. They checked in after the techs completed the job and made sure everything was going smoothly during the install. Everything has been working great and I am very pleased. Would definitely call Browns again!

I found this company on Google and so glad I did. My central air unit went out in my home during these hot days and I didn't want to go with a big commercial company. Browns from start to finish was very helpful, very professional and very friendly. They guided me through every step of the way with different options in pricing and financing. They even contacted me on the holiday when they were closed to let me know they had an opening first thing the next day to install my new AC and furnace because they knew it was going to be extremely hot outside. Raymond and his team came in and did an awesome job, they were very nice, very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up behind themselves and you never knew they had been there. My home is very cool and comfortable and I will be a loyal customer for a long time. I highly recommend them.

The only reason why I'm hot and toasty in the middle of a polar vortex is because Brown's Heating & Cooling responded to my call 2 days ago and was able to send a technician (Ramod) within the hour, after completing a job in the next town! Yesterday morning, another technician (Michael) brought the parts and did an excellent job. I am deeply grateful. It is -1° this morning and I'm smiling.

I reached out to Ramod at 9:30pm last night about having my furnace repaired. He replied immediately and was at my house by 7:30am this morning to run diagnostics. Two hours later the furnace was fixed. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I plan to use Browns Heating & Cooling again and highly recommend their services.

I contacted Browns Heating & Cooling for an estimate and they were super responsive. I initially didn’t book right away because I wanted to compare prices before making a final decision. They were not pushy about me shopping around; which was greatly appreciated. I finally decided on selecting them to install central air and they were great! Professional during the estimates and the install. Timely, responsive and I truly appreciate their hard work. I would definitely book with them for all central air services or maintenance.

Ramod did an exceptional job. Installed a brand new boiler for us just before the blizzard/extreme cold hit us. I cannot recommend him enough. Almost forgot, his assistant Oscar was also top notch. THANKS AGAIN!!

Ramod saved me yesterday on the coldest day of the year! My heating started blowing cold air and we tried everything to try and figure out the issue and couldn't. I messaged browns heating and Ramod was out within an hour - and had the heating back up and running in 10 mins! 5* service and so grateful they could come out so quickly just before Xmas and during a winter storm advisory!
