Chief/Bauer Service Experts

He asked me questions about how the system was working. If I wasn't sure of what he was talking about, he clarified the question for me to understand and answer. He was kind and considerate, I was comfortable with him. My person was Aidan McNichols. I will call you again for my HVAC service. The persons who came first (a few days ago) let me know that I could get the service contract that I wanted, that's a plus for me.

My furnace was having issues overnight so I called Chief/Bauer Service Experts first thing in the morning and they were able to dispatch two techs (James and Kyle S.) to my house immediately (nice!). James and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me a summary of what the problem was. Fortunately, it was a simple issue that was a low cost, easy fix. I have used Chief/Bauer Service Experts for years and I always recieve prompt, professional, high quality service. James and Kyle were excellent and I highly recommend Chief/Bauer Service Experts for your HVAC and plumbing needs!

Always very pleased with the service. The service man looked at the sump pump and referred a plumber to me for the very next day. Also the serviceman took note of a small leak and is asking the plumber to also check that out when he comes.
Chief power is always very prompt to reply.
The 2 time a year maintenance plan is well worth the price. Chief Baur also sends a repair man out any time you have issues for no charge for service or labor. We had them out 3 times this Winter and they promptly repaired every issue cost free wiith the maintenance plan.
I plan to stay with Chief Baur indefinitely.

Chief Bauer was asked to do a reconnect after getting a new countertop and sink. The person that came out gave a quote for $3,235.00. He said that it would cost $542.00 for a new faucet that I had just purchased and showed him before the estimate was written. He was trying to tell me I needed new plumbing down to the main for $1,571, which was redone around 4 - 5 years ago. Then he added 2 supply stops for $485 however, a quick Google search and I could get 1 for $7 to $15. Basket strainers was also added for the cost of $445.00 or $378 if I supplied them which cost $22 per strainer for a basic one. I understand a company needing to make a profit for their time and other overhead cost but this is ridiculous. The cost of items not needed $3,068. After contacting them to ask why all these unnecessary charges I was told they would call back. They called back but I missed the call and they never left a voice mail. Very unprofessional company with unreasonable pricing. The cost for a professional company that doesn't over charge was $430. I do not recommend Chief Scammer.

Christian from Chief Bauer was very professional, knowledgeable and timely. Chief has always been our go to for heating, a/c and plumbing. Outstanding service.

Loved meeting Jeff and Aidan and learning about our heating system. You can tell they care about their customers, and they helped us understand what was wrong and how they fixed it. I don't want our heat to break, but if it does, I hope Jeff is there to keep us updated and educated.

David Jones came by this afternoon and went way above and beyond with his help with my faulty thermostat. Amazing service and super friendly helpful guy!

Had a very positive experience with Victor and Kevin as they helped us with an ongoing plumbing problem with the kitchen sink. Up front about what was needed and the cost as well as being very personable and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service! Bob scheduled my installation very quickly. Josh, Mason, and Will installed my new furnace and air conditioner. They did an excellent job and everything went very smoothly. They explained my new equipment to me and how to work the new thermostat. It was a great experience and I appreciate all 4 of them.

David was sent out to my home for my annual heating check on my furnace! He did an excellent and thorough job even going as so far as to getting up in my attic and reattached my intake duct work that had come apart from the duct at the top of my furnace stopping a noise issue I had, extending the life of my filters and probably even saving me a little money in the long run! VERY happy with the personal and professional service David displayed in his care of maintaining my home heating system! Kudos to Chief Bauer for hiring such excellent technicians to represent thier business! Thank you!
