Paul and Brian did an excellent and efficient job installing a frost proof exterior wall hydrant, which also required access through a basement finished drywall ceiling. Paul has also provided previous plumbing services for me including a hot water heater install and a sump pump install and each time his work has been superior and professional. In addition Paul and Brian are friendly people and very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Paul, Brian and Chief Bauer!!

Had a whole new heating/cooling system I stalled today AND gas line fixes were done. After having to call the gas company Sunday for a gas alarm we were shut down. Chief Bauer came out Monday, evaluated our situation and had us scheduled for the fix the next day.
Josh, Gunner, and Kevin were an outstanding install team. It was such a pleasure to have them make our problem go away. They are knowledgeable, professional and hard workers. Thank guys and thanks Chief Bauer.

They will try to take advantage of you. Two technicians came for a service visit during a stretch of hot weather last summer and recommended that we replace our air conditioner (which was 8 years old at the time). They gave us an estimate of $8000! I called another company for a second estimate. Their service technician quoted me $5500, but recommended AGAINST replacing it, stating the unit was fine. Well, here we are one year later and my original AC unit is still working just fine. I never replaced it as Chief/Bauer recommended, and I will never use their services again. BEWARE!

Gunner from Chief Bauer came out to try and help us keep our AC running. The technician was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about his work. So much so that after he fixed our problem we signed up for the monthly plan to help give us piece of mind as our equipment starts to get older. Overall it was a great experience that left us with a better running system and piece of mind for the future. Definitely recommend for your HVAC needs!!

We have used their biannual service for several years and have been very satisfied with their annual plan. Have not needed additional service calls.
