Mark was here for our annual a/c inspection that's included with their maintenance program and he was awesome! Explained everything so I understood and was very friendly and professional.

Brian Mengarelli was very professional and knowledgable while taking care of a cracked sewer pipe. Chief/Bauer Service Experts showed up the the sane day we needed them to even though I am located an hour from their office. I highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing or HVAC services. Highly impressed!!

Chief came the next morning. Resolved my issue ethically and told me the most cost effective way to address it.

The man that came to our home and gave us the estimate for replacing our furnace and air conditioner did a fine job. However, their pricing was not competitive and they really try to steer you to rent these units from them and not purchase. That is nothing we were interested in.

Brian and christain were here and did amazing work very professional and informative highly recommend having them take care of all your plumbing needs!

Chief Bauer has been excellent to work with. We've been a customer of theirs for over 5 years now. Aidan McNichols came today and did a 6 month inspection and maintenance visit. He was very nice and gave good recommendations as always. Just another example of the good service we've been getting for years.
