Chief/Bauer Service Experts

Chief Bauer came out for my scheduled furnace inspection. I had a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician, Aidan McNichols who did a thorough inspection and tuneup to get me ready for winter. I really appreciate the excellent service. He represents his company wonderfully

We've had a service plan with Chief Bauer for years. It's definitely worth the investment, especially when you pay so much for a furnace and AC. You want to make sure it's running as best as possible, and kept clean. They do give recommendations for extra purchases but I've never felt pressure to immediately accept. Today we had Aidan McNichols come out for regular maintenance. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was confident with the work he did. Its definitely a nice feeling to know you're getting what you pay for.

Kevin and Christian were very nice and close to the time they said they would be. They fix my problem on the spot. Kinda pricey but can’t work for free :)

Aiden McNichols did a great job today checking the A/C unit and making some recommendations. Always friendly & professional.

The first time I called them. My AC wasn't blowing cool air out and my infant wasn't doing well with the heat. They said they would come thats night. But I said in the morning would be great. 8am they were at my door and got my AC going. Today was regular maintenance and Mark, mason and James were great. They were in and out and gave us our report and suggestions and told us to call if we needed anything else. It was quick and easy.

Sean and Bill installed a new hot water heater in our home. The job was performed quickly, professionally and cleanly. We are very happy with the results.

Thanks to CJ for providing the same high quality furnace maintenance that I’ve come to expect from Chief Bauer technicians. I appreciated his integrity in helping me to make informed decisions about my system needs.

Aiden is very knowledgeable and professional. He is kind and answered our questions respectfully. We had a great experience.
