I'm so glad I found them. They were very responsive and professional. They came out same day, were super nice, and got the job done right away!

I decided to use the company to replace my mother's AC unit because they had done work for her in the past, and we were happy with their work.

Great job by Reliance Heating & Cooling and team replacing an old, obsolete HVAC system! My condo's HVAC system was installed in the late 70s in a non-standard wayto maximize room for a wall of sliding doors. The end result is I had to find someone who could replace a unit in a 21" wide space! This team found and installed a replacement at a price, including rebuilding the HVAC closet, that was less than the price quoted by most of the other companies I contacted. And the installation teams cleaned up after themselves really well. Again, great job.

Daniel was very professional and explained what he was doing very clearly.He was very thoroughly and did his work efficiently. He was very polite,friendly and a pleasure to deal with.He was able to get our unit working very quickly and took his time to clean up after he was done. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I love this company. I have had my A/C and heat each go out once and they have come to fix it and I get they charged fair and reasonable prices. What I love most about them is that they will do yearly maintenance on my unit. My dad had them do that for his house and in three years he never had to replace or have any problem with the heating/ac unit.

First of all I thought $150 for a service call was too much. Gentleman came to my house with no tools borrowed my tools. I paid another $250 for refrigerant and my two year old compressor still isn’t cooling my home. I’ve called three times and was told a supervisor would call me back and now it’s been 48 hrs no call. All I wanted was my unit serviced and running properly. There’s nothing reliable about their service!

The team was prompt and courteous. They worked straight through to replace our furnace ducting. The company is a joy to work with and very professional and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Daniel was an amazing technician. He fixed a difficult wiring issue on my A/C compressor and did not charge me anything. He was polite and courteous, even liked by barking dog. Highly recommended.
