Green Air Care

Green Air Care technician arrived within the scheduled window for routine annual heater maintenance. We had a pleasant chat while he quickly and efficiently completed the system checks and cleaning. I especially appreciate that he did not try to upsell me any unneeded repairs or services.

We made an appointment with this company a couple weeks ago after seeing their ad for $189 air duct cleaning services. Day before our appointment they called us and said they have to do an inspection first and that it may cost us more money.. The guys showed up today (they were friendly at least) but they quoted us $500 with a recommendation of an additional $100 on top of that which is more than double what we were told on the phone originally! I’m not okay with companies that BAIT AND SWITCH you. We have no issues paying more of the service I warranted but be up front and HONEST with your pricing. If an inspection is needed, you tell us WHEN we make the appointment not when it’s too late to schedule a different company for the day. We wasted an entire day now with no service completed and will find an honest company to work with.

Green air care team rocks!!. Great service and trustwrothy team. Reasonable rates. Had my home air duct ceaning done today. Professional and friendly Miguel and Brian did a great job with the air duct cleaning and other services(dryer vent, furnace inspection) . Love to have them and what a pleasent experience. Highly recommend these guys.keep up the good work!! God bless

Green Air Care technician did an excellent job fixing the AC with a fix and a permanent solution so damage will never happen. My AC went out and thankfully we noticed. Immediately one technician came and he fix the problem. I am very with this company and will use them again for sure.

Be careful with them as they provide quote orally and will not adhere when they actually do the work when you ask them, the manager will say that the person committed is not with the company and so they cannot provide what was agreed. They will not provide the quote in writing as well as the invoice and play it for their benefit. Not a trustable company to work with.

Update: This is for the response from the owner - search with my name Vijay Krish and service date is 9/22. I talked to your manager before writing the review and he mentioned that since the service person left the company he cannot do anything (not a responsible answer).

I would like to thank this company for fast response and professional completing of the job!!! We stack with no heat on weekend. 1/2 hour after calling to the company I had technician in my home. He founded the issue and fixed it. Technician was very friendly, honest. He wore a mask throughout the appointment. It was BEST experiences I had with a company. I will keep their phone# in my phone book. Thank you Green Air Care!

I called and talked to Alisa and told her my landlord was going to call to set up appointment. She even gave me her direct number. She didn't return either of his phone calls. Talked to someone else and he said he would make sure she did and still she didn't. He ended up going somewhere else a replaced entire furnace. I guess their loss.

I give this company 5 stars, my wife and I had numerous companies come out and quote us on a new a/c unit and all those companies wanted to do is sell us on things we did not need.
Green air care came in and told us exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price.
The service techs were excellent and very efficient with the install. We are extremely pleased with the deal and the service we got.

I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Highly recommend this great company for their quality and professionalism. I had a great experience with Green Air Care-. Nick is a clear expert in this space and during the estimate process he noticed problems with our original install that none of the other companies noticed when bidding for the job. He included those design improvements into his estimate to make sure we had the best system possible and the new equipment worked optimally. Big shout out to the Green Air Care for making my renovation so much easier and less stressful! I had horrible well water in my new house before the Green Air Care took care of everything. I had an idea what to do and got some estimates already but i was impressed by systemic approach and professionalism of this particular company, they took my samples of water to the lab, found the best solution to treat that water, they were very professional and accommodating to my needs. Installation was so neat and clean! From now on I will be looking forward to be their customer again if i will ever need any solutions in Green Air Care competence! Well done!
