I had an appointment for a level 2 cleaning quoted at $350 for air duct cleaing including the dryer vent. They showed up, inspected my vents and said I needed the $650 service or I run the risk of them blowing dust all over my house. I said no. They said they'll put together a quote and email it to me. I said I dont want a quote. I want the service I scheduled. Then they just left. I called customer service to complain and they said management would call me back in 24-72 hours. They never called and never sent a quote. They try to scare you into paying more and then leave when you say no. I've heard of companies that operate like this. Very unprofessional.

This time the need to replace my old water heater wasn’t so much of an emergency, only a slight inconvenience to use what little hot water I had after PG&E turned off my leaky pilot light control box. So I decided to take the time to check around and get a few quotes. As it turns out the previous company I used is now out of business. Lucky me because I found an even better company! I called Green Air Care on January 30 and throughout the entire process Green Air Care was the most professional of the three companies I spoke with. When Loni arrived on February 1 to give me a quote, I was confident that he knew his job well and that I would be in good hands. He had to go pick up the water tank and was back and had it installed in no time. I had hot water within 30 minutes! I like that WHO has been in business for so many years and that Loni has been with the company for 16 years. The next time I need my water heater replaced I know WHO I will be calling.

I called Green Air Care I was so pleased with the service I would highly recommend them. I had Alex do my heater I called them at 10 am they were here by 11:30 gave me a great price I had taken the water heater out and drained it to save him time and they gave me credit for that. I had Alex B he is very thorough in everything he did, it was done in 2 hrs.

Initially happy with the UV products and installation but after 18-24 months, initial bulbs burnt out and units also started to fail. Replacement bulbs started needed replacing twice a year minimally. Bulbs sometimes didnt work. Cost of delivery of parts was excessive so drove to Illinois twice to have faulty units and bulbs tested and buy replacements. Maintenance and cost of shotty product has exceeded the value of having the UV feature. Green Air needs to find quality suppliers so both providers can stand behind their product to prevent customer dissatisfaction. We refuse to buy anything more so now have 2 non-functioning units and 2 burnt out bulbs unnecessarily attached to our furnace. Simply requested 1 free bulb be shipped complimentary for our trouble these past 8 months but customer service and their manager, although nice, unable to make things right. In addition we were notified warranty is only 6 months for a bulb that now costs in excess of one hundred twenty
dollars. Yikes!

I can home after a long day and found my basement full of water…my water heater was leaking. I called Green Air Care at 4:00 and they arrived at 5:00 PM. Steve, the technician was very polite and gave us great service. He installed our water heater within the time he quoted us. We recommend Green Air Care!

We just purchased and had installed a 40-gallon, double-insulated Rheem gas hot water heater installed by Green Air Care. Steve B. came out promptly to do the installation. Steve was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and took time to explain everything patiently. Do some research before you call Green Air Care so you have an idea of competitive pricing, length of warranty you want, etc.

Simply put, Danny was a consummate professional. He was methodical, very clearly knew what he was doing and provided more than just replacement service. The old heater was so old that it was in violation of new code requirements and he brought it completely back up to code, even added a pan to keep any leaking in the distant future contained. Peace of mind for me and a sweet additional selling point going forward for those who really look at the details of home ownership. The new heater is made in the USA so that also made me great in buying American! All COVID precautions were taken and we really appreciate the care and cleanliness of the full install, it’s like he wasn’t even here…except for the new water heater that is now working wonderfully!

We had a serious problem with our unit. The first tech that came out was a lot of talk but had no answers. Then, we called Green Air Care and they sent out Saul who diagnosed the problem, explained what had to be done to me. When he received my OK, he proceeded with the repairs. He finished the next day. Then he explained what he had done and what the charges would be. I would definitely recommend Green Air Care and Saul to anyone!

Be very careful with this company, trying to cheat customers!!!!!.
Had a problem with them when installed furnace and AC in Nov 2019 and now when have some issue with furnace they telling me that because I didn't use their annual maintenance service I do not have warranty for parts. Carrier unit have 10 years factory warranty, doesn't matter if you use or not their maintenance service
