Green Air Care

This was a rental unit that had a household warranty on the appliances. The old unit was 20 years old and when I had it repaired by another company the year before they tried three times and were unable to fix it. They said that the warranty company would only pay to fix it even though it really needed to be replaced. After replacement of the compressor, I called the warranty company for another fix. They sent me to Green Air Care. They came down when they said they would, said the unit needed to be replaced and recommended that to the warranty company and they agreed to replace it. My cost was to bring the electrical up to code, craine to place the unit on the roof, and a new platform. The company is great. the estimate was right on and I just recommended them to a neighbor this morning.

I've used Green Air Care multiple times over the years, at the old house and the new one. The team is always professional and get everything working as it should. I reached out to Alex to get pricing for a new system as my furnace was on its last leg in the middle of winter, so he personally came out himself to take a look at everything and get me a quote. Within the week they were out installing the system.

Highly recommend them to anyone out there that is on the fence still!

We needed service just to check on the upstairs unit for a clog/leaking drain upstairs, in the line! Our tech was simply amazing! He is always so nice! He knows and remembers me personally by my email address! He is always kind to us and was very quiet due to the fact that my husband was getting ready to begin a meeting online. He also took the extra time to look at our other unit just to make sure everything else was working ok today and we were not looking at any other problems in the near future!

Very unprofessional business. My experience was absolutely horrible. The business came to clean the vents in my house with a broken gas machine that made my house smell like strong gas for at least two days. The machine was extremely louder than should be and my neighbors were very unhappy (the job ran late past 9pm) The pictures to show what kind of results they had never came through so I’m not even sure the vents were throughly cleaned. The job was $500. I would caution using this business for vent cleaning. I would never recommend my family or friends to endure this experience. The company is willing to return to clean the dryer vent and screw in the plates they left off but with this unprofessional experience, broken equipment, I will not allow them back into my house.

Saul was the technician that came to replace water heater. He was friendly professional and did an amazing job. Appreciate the speedy response from company about 12 hours after reported problem and new water heater installed. Great job Saul.

Green Air Care’s were great. They came out to my rental property and took care of our A/C issues quick. My tenants were very pleased. I highly recommend them.

Had our water heater go out on us on a Friday. Green Air Care had someone here Saturday morning, to evaluate. Had to wait until Monday, 10/1. They did terrific work. The were done and cleaned up in no time.

Contacted through my home warranty company. They responded almost immediately after calling in for repair. The technicians were professional, polite, and seemed to know their business. They did not try to up sell me at all.
