Top notch service on time and very professional. This is the second time to have Green Air Care my AC. The two agents were so helpful and nice the work was done in an efficient manner. No question. This company is the best.

Green Air Care technician was awesome and did a walk through with me to brush me up on how my system works and how it is operating. Great personality and very knowledgeable—awesome customer skills and made this first visit by Green Air Care the first of many! Great to see local businesses hiring Green Air Care!

I do not recommend this company at all. In October 2019 they installed an AC unit and heating system. They came to start the AC unit in June 2020. We called them back because the AC unit wasnt working properly. They came and fixed. Today June 2022 the AC unit is not working, the warranty is for 60 months, so I called them. They told me that my warranty was desactivated because we didnt schedule any maintenance to the unit. I told them I didnt know that we have schedule maintenance and they said it is in my invoice. The invoice that i have doesnt said that so he emailed me the invoice. We didnt have a copy, so I asked him and he said if you signed we went through with you about warranty. I told him if I dont have a copy how is possible that they expect us to memorized the warranty. So he want us to pay more than $500.00 to activate the warranty, I said no. This is terrible company, if you want a bad service go ahead and use it, but if you want quality service pay more and look for differerent company. We learned the hard way.

Our AC went out so saw an ad in the paper and decided to call them out. Technician came and automatically tried telling me we needed a new unit. Our unit is 4 yrs old. Said the coil was illegal in Illinois, tried googling and couldn't find anything anywhere about any such illegal coils. They said the furnace was too low to the ground. Then they had another "consultant" call who tried to do anything to get me to commit to installing a new unit for $12k and have them come out the next day to install. Nothing but red flags the whole way. Very shady. Called another repairman, he is replacing the motor for less than $900. Will never call these sheisters again.

Green Air Care- is AWESOME! If they miss your call, they will call you back within minutes. They'll send someone out in the same day. Nick and Alex make a good team. They will tell you exactly what is wrong with your unit, and give you an estimate up front. He will explain everything he does while working so you have a better understanding of what is going on. Great service. Great people. Very reasonable price! Highly Recommend!

We bought a smart thermostat, but it seemed our inside unit was not smart, rather old! We didn't want to mess with the wiring, but needed to get our project done. We called Green Air Care- and AC. Erik came out immediately. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed what we needed, cleaned the coils, changed the filter, all of it! And we exchanged pleasantries as well! Nice, nice guy! Great service! Good price! Immediate response!

Second time using Green Air Care- - great experience both times. The technician is knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely quick. They were able to dispatch a technician to our house within less than 24 hours from our initial call. Prices are very reasonable. We will absolutely continue to use Green Air Care- for our future AC needs.

Not only did we get a call back immediately by the Green Air Care customer service representative, but she assessed our situation and sent a technician out that very afternoon! Our tech was polite, professional and was able to fix our electrical problem right away. Did I mention this was on a Sunday? Awesome customer service Green Air Care! And for an excellent price.

Green Air Care team provided excellent service from providing a prompt quote which was reasonable in value for money; an optimal solution to my requirements in my house; quality equipment and a trouble free installation including excellent clean up after the work was completed. This was during the Perth hot spell and so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get such prompt installation. I would not hesitate to recommend All Air Services for your air conditioning needs.

Our original units were aging after 30 years of dependable service, and it was time to pro-actively replace everything before the old systems failed at an inconvenient time. I received multiple bids from other competitors but selected Green Air Care- for many reasons, not just price. Alex completed the installations in a timely and professional manner, including all the extra details required in updating ducts, wiring, pads, etc. They were careful to keep things tidy and cleaned up above my expectations at the completion. No problems what so ever! Erik is very responsive to emails and any questions. I have total confidence in the way they take care of their business and would recommend them for any HVAC need.
