Green Air Care recently installed a new heat pump system, and we were very impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Everyone, from the individual who gave us the initial estimate to the installers, and the follow-up couldn't have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. It's refreshing to deal with people who know and care what they're doing.

Very smoothly. Brought the required 30 foot ladder. This may not seem like a big deal, but I've had technicians show up without one despite my very specific request. Prompt service, showed up on time, and very professional.

BEWARE of Green Air Care! HORRIBLE!! If I could give negative stars I would! We paid over $7k to this HVAC company and we've had nothing but problems! I will only keep to the big issues here due to space for this review. We hired them to install a new HVAC system, including a humidifier with new water line from hot water tank. They did not install that properly and a day after they left, water was spraying from the line onto an electrical outlet! This water in our storage room caused the floor tiles to buckle! Green Air refused to admit it was their mistake. They came out and fixed the water line but nothing for the damage. Then we turned on the AC not even a year later and NO COLD AIR! They told us it was OUR FAULT because the unit was clogged and needed a new coil and quoted us $2800-$3500 to fix it! This was a new unit! Not even a year old! They refused to honor the 20-year warranty stating that we didn't have the yearly maintenance done. It was not even a year old! So here we are again trying to turn on the AC and no cold air again! I had another professional come take a look and he found that it is due to a MISTAKE at time of INSTALL! They didn't braze the copper refrig lines outside and Freon has all leaked out. I contacted Green Air again and they are refusing to take responsibility. They would rather have me contact the BBB and write scathing reviews than to take care of THEIR MISTAKE! They have ZERO interest in making their customers happy. PLEASE BEWARE and go with another HVAC company!

He was very professional and nice. He came out the very next day from when I called. The serviceman was informed, trustworthy and he explained everything to me. Overall it was a very good experience. I would call them back again.

We had a very old water heater that sprung a leak in early January and we found the phone number for Green Air Care on the tank. John F. came out and was able to replace the water heater that same day. He did an excellent job with the installation and workmanship. John was also very courteous and personable and set us at ease with the installation. Hopefully, it will be years before we’ll need to have anything done with our water heater, but I would definitely call Green Air Care when we do. Water heater replacement service was excellent!♥

Our technician was super friendly and professional. He replaced our water heater very quickly, same day. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and are glad we called Green Air Care to replace our water heater. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with Green Air Care from beginning to end. The phone was always answered (advertised 24/7 service) and everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional and kind. Ron G was our installer and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. He explained why additional parts were required by the county/state. He explained how he was ensuring that everything was installed with properly and with safety in mind. He explained what maintenance we needed to do annually to ensure our new water heater stays in top shape for years to come. I would recommend Ron and Green Air Care to anyone looking to have their water heater serviced or replaced. Thank you for your professionalism WHO!

They were excellent. It was amazing. they came out and fixed iy. I would definitely use them again. The price was good. The have a great service. The customer service was amazing.

Green Air Care is your place for ALL your water heater needs. They are very honest, have very reasonable pricing, and you know what’s gonna be done with price before the work starts. Tony installed my new water heater on January 27, 2017. He was very professional, courteous, respectful, and efficient. They have gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them!!!

The tenet of a good business should be customer service. In this case, the online call center and website seems out of touch with the on-ground business. Phone numbers are incorrect, texts don't go through, when I try scheduling an appointment online, no one responds back. The clueless customer service calls but cannot provide basic support expect trying to connect me to someone else.

Based on the experience trying to set up an appointment, I will not use them. Cannot afford the service to be as unresponsive and clueless as the appointment scheduling.
