Mr. Duct

I had a very good experience working with Mr. Duct. The workers were prompt and prepared. They explained the process the would use as well as showed me what the ducts looked like before and after the cleaning process.

I was satisfied with the company's timeliness and the quality of their work. The pricing was fair as well.

From the initial phone call for an appointment to the follow-up after, the customer service from Mr. Duct was first-rate. The service technician was on-time and efficient. He explained what he did and called my attention to a part in my furnace that might need to be replaced in the near future, including an approximate cost for the part. The tech noted the issue in my records and said that anyone who came out would check it in the future to make sure that there weren't problems. I will definitely use Mr. Duct for my air conditioning service this summer, too. Even though I was happy with the service from my prior HVAC service company, when I needed an appointment this time, they could not accommodate me, Mr. Duct did and I will continue to call them for service again. My highest recommendation for Mr. Duct to anyone looking for the best in customer service and technical expertise.

We had them come today to clean our ducts and vents and after any home service we have used I have NEVER had to clean up after them. I had to wash our bathroom rug and towel from the dirt also the bathtub and floor. Around every vent had to be cleaned. The worst part is they left our gate open and our dog got out. What kind of service is this? They knew we had a dog!! It’s a very scary feeling when you go to let your dog back in and his is NOT there. Thank God we found him. I really hope they read this message and learn from it we got lucky to have found our dog but next time who knows that owner might not be.

Excellent work! Showed up on time, set clear expectations, and finished a two furnace job in about 3 hours. Very thorough cleaning, friendly service and I would highly recommend Mr. Duct.

Everything went great. The service techs were friendly and efficient and on time. We can feel the difference, are ducts are now whistle clean. My wife and I are please with the service. They cost a little more than some of the bargain quotes we got but from my research those places just pressure sell you to add onto the cost. No such issue w/Mr. Duct.

Two guys from Mr. Duct cam to clean my dryer vent. My dryer is on my second floor and vents through the roof. These gentlemen arrived on time, put one shoe covers and proceeded straight to work. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Importantly, they informed about the roof vent and recommended periodic cleaning to insure that the vent remains unobstructed. I give Mr. Duct a high recommendation.

The crew arrived on time, was professional and cleaned the vents, furnance and dryer efficiently. I appreciated having the opportunity to view my vents before and after the cleaning via video. I was so impressed with the service I referred a friend to the company and they were able to obtain an appt. the very next day.

My only small issue with the company was that I had to reschedule the appointment once (probably my fault for scheduling a 3-5 arrival window when it’s dark by 4 now) but overall extremely happy and satisfied with the results. Thanks!!

Only thing I can say is GREAT JOB! The two men were very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Our new home had a distinct smell of dog that the duct cleaning took care of. However, I could still smell it in a couple of rooms. One of the men recommended a deodorizer, which I ran to Home Depot and picked upped. He was right, I sprayed the wall area and the smell dissipated.

If anyone ever asks for a duct cleaning recommendation, I will definitely tell them to use Mr. Duct.
