Mr. Duct

I would totally recommend Mr Duct, Their men were very professional and courteous. Their office and dispatch were also very professional, down to making the appointment, dispatching and letting you know servicemen were on their way.

Arrived within the time frame that I had set up.

I will definitely would use Mr. Duct again in the future. My vents were very dirty and now I am pleased to say very clean.

Exceptional service! Between Keith, Mark, Tom, Ben and Sebastian i had an incredible experience! I would recommend 10/10 times! Fairly priced, quick response time, and a more than thorough diagnosis. Originally Ben thought my Gas Valve was bad, but instead of just rushing to the parts store and putting a new one in to find out it wouldn't work, he took a step back and re-diagnosed the problem. Turned out being the motherboard for the unit. I was very impressed at his ability to be patient and double check his work before he tried to solve it. Very impressed with these guys!! Thanks for bringing heat back!!

Mr. Duct fit me in their schedule fast! We just moved into a new house and the previous owner was a smoker. I was coughing during the night so I ordered a vent cleaning ASAP. Mr. Duct had great customer service, the workers were courteous and thorough. They worked in the dirty crawl space to access the main trunk lines and did a wonderful job and I am sleeping much better now. Very highly recommend their service. They are NADCA Certified which hold a high cleaning standard and very competitively priced! Very happy with the service.

Mr. Duct was super responsive when scheduling the appointment and called the morning of with the techs' names and time of arrival. I had 2 guys come to clean my ducts and dryer vent. They worked efficiently and expediently, were professional and courteous. I would recommend!

The service was great! Aj and Brad were both very nice, courteous and professional. I have to be honest, I was skeptical at first that they were actually going to do everything that was listed in the email sent to me by Nora but that was more than likely due to all of the horror stories I had heard about dishonest companies. I knew you were NOT this by the many 5 star reviews I had read and that's why I went with Mr. Duct in the first place. To avoid any confusion and to make sure nothing was missed, I double checked everything with AJ, even showing him the email describing all the steps they would take to make sure the system was cleaned thoroughly. He reassured me they would cover all the bases and I would be included a lot of the process. They went room to room and hit each and every vent, which was my main concern because these ducts were HORRIBLE. They said they looked like they had never been cleaned and probably haven't. Again, they did a fantastic job, showing us before and after video of the process I am extremely happy with the service. In fact, I've already recommended them to a family member. They cleaned up well after they were done and didn't seem to take long finishing the job. Thanks so much for the great service!

The Technician, Daniel, arrived promptly on time. He was courteous and friendly and made sure to let me know what he was doing even to the point of letting me know when the vacuum was starting and it might frighten my cats. He did an extremely thorough job. I feel like I have a new dryer now! Get those ducts cleaned out!

Update: Keith was very understanding given the situation below and offered a resolution. The air duct team was here today within the scheduled time and did a great job! I truly appreciate Carla and Keiths help and customer service! My air ducts look a whole heck of a lot better.

I called on Saturday 5/30 to follow up on an appointment I had scheduled earlier that week. The person I spoke with in the scheduling department stated that they didn’t even have me on the calendar. To which i said, “sure, and set up another appointment.”

Today, 6/3, is the day of my appointment with my scheduled time being 3-5pm. I have taken off work to wait for the tech to come. I called the department handling already placed appointments inquiring about if the person was still coming as it was 5:10PM. I received a call back with the customer service rep stating that he was lucky to get ahold of him and apologized that he wouldn’t be there until 6PM. Not only was i not notified of this additional hour wait, I was only given two options after talking with the “supervisor” in regards to this problem. The “supervisor” said there was nothing he could do and that I had two options, either wait till 6PM or cancel. I chose to cancel as this is a company that does not care about their customers nor their time. There is obviously many things that could have happened, one being letting your customers know when they are not going to arrive on time. The response of the “supervisor” was unacceptable.

Everything went really smoothly and communication was perfect! We really appreciated the call letting us know the technicians were on their way. They worked very quickly and systematic so not to miss anything. The only thing we would've liked to have seen was a video or something showing exactly how much dust/debris was removed from our ducts. A visual is always nice. We would definitely have them back out again in the future.

Overall Very Professional, from the dispatcher (describing the process) to the guys who came to my home for duct cleaning. Very thorough and were very neat and clean including wearing booties around the house. Described the process as they were going about it. Ernesto could not have been nicer or any more professional - they knew what they were doing. Will have them back as needed. I highly recommend this company.

Had my air ducts cleaned yesterday by Mr. Duct crew of Robert and Eddi. They were great with explaining everything, how long of process it would be and what they would be doing. Would highly recommend Mr. Duct and would most certainly use them again in the future. Thank you for your great work!!
