The service was awesome. Gabrial and Robert were both very professional and nice. Very clean wore booties the whole time as to no track dirt and debris around my house. And we're very friendly to my children and wife. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend this company

Called a few places around for air vent cleaning. But everyone else had appointments too far out or never called back. I put in an online request with Mr.Duct, and they called within the hour. Scheduled my appointment the same week! Time window was between 2 to 4 and they arrived between that window. Set everything up and got to work. Efficient, fast, friendly. And didn't try to shove other products down my throat. They also asked to clean up for the little dust that fell around the vents i declined and told them I'd get to cleaning as soon as they leave. But it was really nice that they offered that.

My wife and I were quite satisfied with the job that Mr. Duct did for us. The company has a reputation for good quality professional work. We appreciated how helpful and nice the two workers were. They were quick and efficient and explained the whole process as they were doing it. They also replaced a few of the filters--that we had not negotiated for--at no charge! At the end, they even cleaned the vent covers before replacing them and that was wonderful as well. We highly recommend Mr. Duct to our friends and family.

I called Mr. Duct about our Duct cleaning they were so nice in explaining the process and the cost. The cost was the best around and they were able to come out the next day after we called. The Techs came out and were so nice and professional. and did a great job. They showed us our vents before the cleaning. (which were gross) and then after the cleaning (then they were super clean). The entire house felt clean! Thank You for the great job and service.

Adrian and Josh provided great service! They explained everything, were very thorough, and showed the before and after the duct cleaning shots. My daughter had her ducts cleaned too by 2 different staff, and she was also amazed. Tom, the manager made sure that everything was done to satisfaction. I will absolutely use Mr Duct again in the future. I am 100 % satisfied!

I was very satisfied with their service. From the very beginning process of getting a quote and discount to the service itself, everything was smooth. This company has very good customer service and is reliable and is certified!! They did a very good job on the Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning for the entire house and barely made a mess.
