Mr. Duct

Great service! The guys that came out where very nice, stayed for a while and made sure the job was done. I saw before and after videos, and they also checked how my dryer vent flow was doing! Will definitely use them again!

Mr Duct was good. Came prepared and was punctual. They gave you the 411- good or bad- and got it fixed. I got the new warranty package as my furnace is getting old and my air doesnt keep up.

They were super nice and offered to come out later (6-7pm) which was refreshing to know.

Josh and Brandon were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They amazed me with their perfection in cleaning my ducts. I highly recommend Mr. Duct. I will always use this company in the future. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Mr. Duct.

Though the crew arrived earlier than was booked, they did a wonderful job of cleaning out the ventilation system. They were meticulous about opening the vents and then cleaned up the areas around the vents once completed. It was obvious that the vents were never previously cleaned but the crew made sure to get all of the years of build-up out of the house. We hope that this will lead to a much healthier environment for our family.

Mr Duct recently did air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service at my new home. They came and cleaned our vents thoroughly. Both Earnesto & Hector was very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. Did a clean work and also they took care of falling apart dryer vent for us which would have otherwise been a fire hazard that previous owners never realized.
Overall I am greatly satisfied with their work and also would recommend to my friends their service.

I received 3 quotes for duct cleaning, Mr. Duct was in the middle but I liked their website and information the best and they matched the competitor's pricing. I called on Thursday for a Monday morning appt. Service guy Cesar was very good, professional, answered my questions, service lasted ~2-1/2 hrs, cleaned up, replaced screws on vents that needed it. I was very satisfied with this service and recommend Mr. Duct.

We paid $119 to have a technician come out to troubleshoot our thermostats, he claims he figured out the issues and that it would be resolved by the door switch getting tightened or by changing out the thermostats. He also informed me that if we still had issues Mr Duct would come back out for NO additional cost. Well, we did both of what he suggested, and the issue was still not resolved. Well, apparently the technician lied to us, and Mr Duct does not stand behind their employees' words. They WILL NOT come out again unless we pay. So basically they want to charge ANOTHER $119 troubleshoot fee, even though the initial troubleshoot service did not solve anything. When I spoke with Mr Duct about this whole issue they claim they are not responsible for what their employees say!! Pretty much saying they're just gonna keep our money for not doing anything. $119 dollars to solve NOTHING.

Mr Duct is a company that only cares about receiving money and not the guarantee of their customer's satisfaction. Not only that, they don't stand behind their technicians' words, which, as a company, does not bode well for their employees. Not sure how they can have so many positive reviews because this whole issue was very very disappointing.

Edit: After a few days of talking with them we were able to reach a conclusion that satisfied us. As a result I have adjusted from 1 star to 3 stars. Jason who came out as the second technician was wonderful and thorough, which is how we would've liked the first technician to be, and we could have avoided all these issues. Thank you for the follow up.

I purchased 2 furnace system Angie's deal for $415.
Tom the manager called 30min prior to let me know that crew is on their way. Which was exactly what they said they would do.
Kirkland and Hector arrived on time and did a great. They were polite, professional and efficient. It took about 2.5 hours for 3600 sqt home with 1/2 finished basement for additional 500 sqt.
I am satisfied with the service and would use them again. Thanks.

Very professional and hard working guys. Explained what was going to be done, provided before and after pics, cleaned up after they were done. Looking forward to less dust that was left in the ducts when the previous owner remodeled. Would recommend this company 100%.

We're expecting our first child in August this year, so we wanted to get the ducts cleaned before he arrived. Mr. Duct was the first place I called to get an estimate. The gentleman I talked to was super friendly. He gave me a description of the service and a no BS price. After doing more research and getting some more estimates my wife and I chose Mr. Duct because it sounded like they were the ones that did things right.

Our technician Adrian exceeded my expectations in every way. He was on time, incredibly friendly, communicated well, and worked hard. This is the best money I've spent in a long time and coudn't be happier with the experience. I will use and reccomend Mr. Duct from here on out.
