    Alan and Joe came to redo my entire AC unit inside my house. They were on time, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! They were at my house for 10 hours making sure everything was finally done correctly! Amazing job and everything is working beautifully!

    Great price! $20.23 for their 2023 furace check special. Lee the Tech was very knowledgeable about many things & very thorough in his check including taking pics of my thermostat & furnace. He tried to locate my doorbell wire which was above my furnace which was helpful after I asked him.
    However,It was a long visit, about 1.5 hours for the check. Would be helpful if they explained how long it would take. Also, they quoted $300 to clean the blower motor which seemed high.

    My initial call to Perfect was frustrating. I was asking for a routine AC tune-up, but was told that if I wasn't having an issues, someone would call me back to set up an appointment. No one did.

    About 2 weeks later I did have a problem, so I called again and this time I did get a good response and Dominic came and found the problem and fixed it. I was not happy with the charge though.

    This was my second time using this company for my annual Hvac tuneup. The first time was great but now I have to update this review. The servicer accidentally broke the motor to my system and it started emitting a burning smell. Not sure if the smell is dangerous or not but he got a new motor to replace what he broke same day. There is still a strong smell that he said will dissipate in one or two days. I am upset that I ever had to go through this and will never use this company again. I haven’t heard back after calling about this but my hvac is from 2019 with zero problems and I still had to pay the dispatch fee for them to come here and disable my hvac system and now me and my family have to stay with a horrible smell. Nothing was wrong until he came to only tuneup my hvac system! Very unsatisfied customer.

    Tech showed up promptly. Was very friendly. Diagnosed the issue right away. Fixed my a/c quickly. Appreciate the information and advise he gave us.

    Had PHS install a complete HVAC system. They didn't know how to configure my ecobee. They didn't explain how to switch between dehumidifier and humidifier. Apparently the manual says I can only have one configured at a time. Docking another star because it's winter and the humidity has not increased. I had a friend inspect it and he showed me that the water valve was left closed. It was a simple fix, but I am extremely annoyed. Also, the humidifier and the flex ducts were not mounted on the ceiling even though the technician said that's what he would do. Supposedly the model they gave him or the parts were not there to do this mounting. I came back and it looked like this mess. Needless to say I went along with it because he had already done the work. I now have less room to walk around this space. However, I don't even know if my system is working properly. The dehumidifier has a power LED screen, but my humidifier does not. They did not install the control panel. Ecobee thermostat doesn't tell me it's working either. Also, I don't know if my UV is working properly. I am supposed to take their word for it. They said the only way to know is to open it back up and see. I would expect a system to have at least a basic status light indicator. Overall, I am not confident my system works for what I paid $. It is not entirely PHS fault, but the integration of products and the products they choose. if you sell me a system and things are unclear if the system is functioning properly, please make things more intuitive. I have to check my humidity readings to see if anything is working. I am reactive and not proactive because the system is not intuitive.

    Unprofessional.
    This is the first time I am dealing with Pefrecthome. This company was not my choice. They bought the business from our old provider (Duall Heating and Cooling).
    I schedule an A/C tune-up service months in advance.
    They texted me a few days ago to cancel the service and can't reschedule for months.
    I will find another provider so that they can serve their remaining customer promptly.

    Our AC had stopped working. JD was thorough and knowledgeable in finding the problem. Not only is our system fixed, it's now running more efficiently as well. Thank you!

    Was trying to merge (legally) off the interstate near Woodfield and was tailgated by a driver in a company vehicle for a mile with their horn blaring the entire time because they refused to allow me the chance to merge and then the flipped me off with my children in the vehicle while blasting their horn at me as they sped past me unsafely. Unfortunately I didn’t get the plate info but if this is how you train employees to treat citizens, I promise my business will be taken elsewhere. Disgraceful.
