Keith showed up at the agreed time and was very professional and friendly.
He got the work done and asked how the new furnace installation was working out.
When I commented it was great but could use the finishing touch of some duct joint tape, he quickly took care of it.
He also made sure the new thermostat was working and offered to set up its program.
We were extremely pleased with his service.

The entire appointment process was explained thoroughly on the phone so I knew exactly what to expect. James called a half hour before arriving, just as discussed, and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, and he was thorough when he explained my HVAC needs in the present as well as what to expect in the future, presenting me with several options, the pros/cons of each choice, and what each would cost. He informed me about the repair/replacement timeline I might be experiencing in the future and what the approximate costs I might be incurring at that time. The service was truly top-notch, and I'll definitely be using this service again when my current HVAC system needs repairs and/or replacement!

I am still very pleased with Perfect Home Services. They installed our new furnace and now fixed a toilet (which leaked into our basement). What I like is the responsiveness, knowing when the repairman will be on his way, the professionalism, and the quality. I do think they are pricey but I also believe I am getting my money's worth and then some with the knowledge it was repaired properly.

Martin was awesome! He arrived on time and did a complete inspection of my plumbing system. He was very informative and answered all of my question with more detail than I expected. Really good experience with him and I learned a lot during the visit. Would highly recommend Martin and Perfect Home Services.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with any kind of service - plumbing, gas, contractors, and everything. I had questions about a gas line, Martin and Derrick both gave me the straight and honest truth not just about what the issue is and where it stems from, but they broke down why it’s happening and what they’d do to fix it. What I also liked was they gave options based on what I’m looking for, long term vs short term fixes.
Beyond that, I had questions about my furnace that Martin immediately fixed, and he brought up areas that concerned him and explained why.
Overall, Martin, Derrick, and the rest of the team has been the most helpful and responsive of any company I’ve worked with and recommend working with them if you have any plumbing issues or maintenance work that needs doing.

The process was super easy. I was able to make a same-day appointment via phone with customer service. They sent someone over the same afternoon. David helped us replace our broken garbage disposal, and fixed a leaking pipe in our basement. He was on time, answered all our questions, and was super courteous. This is our first time using Perfect Home Services, and we are beyond happy with our service provided by David!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, communication between the company and myself was timely and precise. All charges was upfront and in writing. No surprises, the work order and billing were simplified enough I could follow. Staff arrived early and was cheerful at 0800 hrs, and explained each step as he completed the job. As a former Marine I truly appreciated his dedication to his profession. He was very organized, and tidy.

I use Perfect Home Services for all needs in my house and have always been happy with their service however today was an Exceptional Day!! Mohamed (service tech) was a lifesaver ! The knowledge this gentleman has is outstanding and the work he completes made my household and AC unit so very happy! Outstanding service all around , thank you Mohamed! In addition Katrina in customer care handled my call with the utmost professional care and put my mind at ease knowing a great tech such as Mohamed would be coming to my home to fix my AC. I am pleased with this company and in my interaction with Jeff Alaman who has been terrific in giving me options on different air conditioners and heaters and the installers did a great job installing and connecting the existing humidifier. The best service and I received a duct cleaning for all the vents that made the room feel so much better and less congested. I am glad I went with Perfect Hime Services for Duct Cleaning technicians did a good job and explained what they saw and showed pictures of stuff in ducts. I am please and recommend them as well Stephan and Jake good at what the do. Thanks to a great team I’m pleased

I’ve never posted a negative review before, but this is an instance when I truly feel something needs to be said.

I recently contacted Perfect Home Services after purchasing our first home. The house is equipped with a tankless water heater system. I didn’t know too much about it, but I did know they needed maintenance; especially with hard water.

Upon arrival, the plumber was very polite; I’ll give him that, but that’s about it. After just a few minutes, it was very apparent that this was a sales pitch instead of a diagnosis. After placing his hand on my tankless water heater, he confidently came to the conclusion that the unit required replacement.

A few moments later, I had an estimate for $7,847 to replace the unit and install a product called Flow Tech. Just to put that into perspective, the tankless water heater I currently have installed goes for about $1,500 new; what’s the labor cost here? And this Flow Tech? It’s a scam. They claim it acts almost like a water softener; it’s cables wrapped around a pipe, look it up. If this product was truly this revolutionary, it would put water softeners out of production. Not to mention, you can’t find a price on this product because it can only be installed by a “licensed professional”.

As for the cleaning service I initially asked for? They wanted over $1,000.

I seriously doubt the legitimacy of most of these reviews and so should you. Stay away, they’re thieves. It’s a shame how dishonest companies can be. I’ve never been so upset about wasting $50 on a service fee.
