First time using this company after they bought out our previous provider. The technician, Cam, was a great intro to the company. He was professional and personable! He took time to explain everything he was doing AND kept answering all my other questions about what was happening. He was clear and articulate. Definitely recommend based on this experience!

Called in Monday and got my desired appointment time in Wednesday. David showed on time and got right to work. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Both Francisco and Jackie were outstanding; I can't say enough great things about them. I spoke with Jackie a few times, for various reasons. She was personable and professional. The same description applies to Francisco. From the time he called to let me know when he would arrive until the time he left, he took care of everything with great focus and care. He went above and beyond to thoroughly answer all of my questions. (I had lots of questions)! though he was efficient, he wasn't the lease bit rushed. He even thanked me for allowing him to come to my house and check the system. Nice touch!

JD was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and instructive. Learned a lot about my AC unit in a short amount of time. Showed up exactly when he said he would with quick service. Just had a replacement part installed in my air conditioner. Service was wonderful and I would definitely recommend. Apparently there was issues with communication? I had no problems at all. They would call or message whenever they had an update and everyone was super kind. Totally worth it!!

We had been talking about finding a reliable, and cost effective service to take a look at our air conditioner. It is about 6 years old on the outside of the house, but the main part is going on 26 years, and was showing mold on the inside.
We called Perfect Home Services, and one of their employees, Alan, was at our house the next morning! He was very professional, and took the air conditioner apart, answering all of our questions, and explaining what we were seeing as he worked.
Alan was the most thorough person that has ever looked at our air conditioner. He was very honest, and took pictures of the mold inside of the unit before he cleaned it, and made adjustments to fight the mold and increase the longevity of the unit.
We were extremely happy with the service we received from Perfect Home Services, and especially from Alan.

Jake was very timely and professional. He wasn’t in a big hurry to get to the next appointment. Very thorough, explained each step until I was fully aware of the problem and the solution. I would recommend him and his company. Extremely satisfied.

Great service, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Gave 4 stars only because tech forgot to replace a piece in each AC unit that prevented them from working and had to have a service visit the following day to replace them.
