Jeff Aleman came to our house for a quote to have our AC and furnace replaced. He was prompt, personable and thorough. We explained the brands they carried and the different types of furnace and air conditioning units. We enjoyed his company. The quotes received unfortunately were out of our price range but I just wanted to let you know that Jeff was great! Thank you for your time.
Service scheduled a day later than we needed because of many AC emergencies in the hot weather. Tech was personable, professional and got to the source of our AC problem in less than one hour. We are very pleased with the service.
This is the third time that we have used perfect home services for plumbing issues. The first time we had issues with our floor heaters - called a bunch of places and no one knew how to fix it, but perfect came out and did that for a reasonable price.
Next time was a clog in our duplex down home that was causing our bathrooms downstairs to backflow - our plumber that came out was incredibly kind and helpful. Ended up not being a big repair or drain - but recommended us a backup sumppump that we knew we needed.
This third time we had a pipe burst into our sons nursery - they got someone out to our place in a few hours. I was blown away by the professionalism that Joe had when he came over.
The plumbers that we had were kind, courteous, reasonable, knowledgeable and very professional. I couldn’t be happier to work with them and grateful to have a number to call without fear of being ‘taken advantage of’. I haven’t had to use their hvac side but we just signed up for the maintenance program and are excited to make use of that.
As a former technician Perfect home services is an amazing company with a lot of opportunities to grow, with great benefits. The managers more so just see you as a number. If you don’t bring in revenue/ good conversion rate they will say you are no longer useful to us. The provide great options for customers. But when it came to new systems managers pushed sales even though they want to call it “enhancing customers lives.” They say it’s a family, but you’re only treated like family if you work in the office, otherwise you’re a number. One of the managers even said “nobody really cares about you, you’re just a number in the eyes to the company and to the world.” So how is it that PHS is so big about enhancing lives but it’s the cost of your one? It’s a sales pitch that is manipulative to make you think they want the best for you. But in reality they are upwelling you. Some managers will fight for you. Others just see you as a technician and don’t care about your life outside of work. They make your schedule and don’t allow you to change when you have personal things going on. They tried classes and trainings for us technicians but one manager said “they are scared to start training again because last time it messed up the times for people’s calls.” So again, they are too scared to try to enhancing technicians knowledge and help the new ones excel. Instead just another big company that expects you to overwork yourself.
They did a great job taking the time to review my options of replacing my water tanks to the day of installation. There were no surprises which a i really appreciated. Great job!!
Zach Olson was on time, very friendly and fixed my problem with my AC. He was very thorough showing me every step while inspecting the AC inside and out. He also did an excellent job explaining the different options I had to solve the problem.
I called Perfect Home services to have a tech come out to look at my 11 year old HVAC in my 11 year old house. The blower motor went out. Didn't appreciate the fact that he told me that I'd need to replace the exchanger and a-coil as well when they were working perfectly fine. Yes of course there is wear/tear on a an 11 year old system. To tell me that I'd be better off getting a new one and that people are lucky to get 11-12 years out of an HVAC/AC system like mine was outrageous. Pushed the "design consultant" to come out for a new system. I had to pry out the fact that it was only indeed my blower motor that needed replacing. He said yeah, then used a scare tactic that I could be ask risk for a fire. Funny he said this at the end and not right away.
I got a second opinion and paid for it from another company. They did the same inspection without me telling them I already had one tech out. Never did they mention that I was at risk of a fire or other pats needed replacing or another HVAC system for that matter.
The tech seemed like a nice guy but I question if this is a top to bottom initiative pushing these guys to force the buyer into a vulnerable position. Companies like this that are owned by big corporations only care about profits and showing those returns. Creates a toxic work culture that makes the customer feel this way.
This is from the most recent visit. The tech Zach was Excellent, he explained everything. Honestly the company they had bought out, that originally put in the heating/cooling had given me great warrantee for things and Zach saw that and followed through on what was left of the previous business warranty. Very happy with the tech. It did take a bit of time to be able to reach the company, but it was a very busy time for the air conditioner guys. 5 stars for the tech.
Our service technician Adrain worked tirelessly for hours trying to figure out the problem with our AC. He was prompt, professional, and polite. The price for the hours spent was reasonable. Would recommend.
I have used this company for their plumbing services in the past and am very happy with them. This spring I had to replace my AC/Heating unit because it was 23 years old and about time. This was a very large investment for my house, but Perfect Home Services couldn't have been more helpful and professional. They were there letting me know what was happening and why throughout the process.
From the initial annual AC maintenance when they suggested it was time for a new unit and showed me why, through the evaluation/sales meeting, and continuing throughout the install and air duct cleaning processes....all helped to make me extremely comfortable with the decision and more importantly really felt the value that comes with the cost of this type service.
This is a very expensive but extremely necessary project for a house...espy after 23 years....so it is critical you use a company like this. Give them a try....you will not be dissatisfied.
