We unexpectedly had furnace issues after moving into our home just 6 months ago. Perfect Home Services really came through for us! The technician who came out (Joe) was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The sales rep that came to our home (Jordan) really conveyed that he wanted the furnace that was right for us. He was also hilarious, which we appreciated on a tough day! Finally, the installation team (Shawn and Jesse) were really great. They installed the furnace quickly and effectively. We now have a warm home! Thank you to the whole team!

My first experience with Perfect Home Services was terrible, with a technician who "found" multiple problems on a working and well-maintained system with a price tag of over $2700. I cancelled my automatic renewal, but decided to give the company another chance after I was contacted by someone in authority at the company who had reviewed my account and told me the technician who had previously serviced my system had been let go and asked for a second chance to make things right. I am very happy that I did give them a second chance because they have done an outstanding job. I first had one of their repairmen out who replaced a pad on the humidifier attached to the furnace, and while he told me everything was working well for now, he also gave us a list of things that might go bad in the future, along with repair prices. Because the system was 17 years old, I decided to get a cost estimate for a new system to compare prices. Ultimately I decided to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system with the equivalent Bryant system as the cost of the new system was only twice what the expected repair costs for the old system were. From start to finish (repairman, salesman, and installation crew), I could not have had a better experience. Everyone showed up ontime, and the repairman and installation crew consistently wore booties to protect my floors (without my asking), and were meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. The entire replacement took about 6 hours with 3 technicians. I feel that I got a quality system at a very fair price with outstanding service, and would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Home Services to anyone in need of HVAC repair or installation.

I had a furnace replaced and also the AC units. Perfect Home Services is not cheap, but I was willing to pay for their services because of their overall professional approach and methodical manner. Their installers are generally good, it seems, and the quality of their installation work was solid. It so happened that a number of mistakes were made during my furnace and ac replacement, including cutting the wrong line outside, cutting my internet connection, etc... forcing me to spend more than double what I initially intended. I spent 16k with everything included. Additionally, the sales guy told me I could get a central humidifier installed in the main unit of the house, which it couldn't because it wouldn't have fit. I realize that sometimes mistakes are made, but Perfect Home Services has been nonresponsive ever since. They haven't sent someone to fix damages to the walls and they haven't responded about any discounts or compensation for my trouble. I really wanted them to work out for me, but I must say that I am disappointed that they didn't continue their professionalism and make the whole process as trouble-free as possible. I don't recommend them if you have other options.

Extremely professional!!!!! Friendly service from the very first phone call I made to get a technician out! My specific guy, James Pope, was very explanatory with EVERYTHING! He described the work he did in great detail. I was having issues with ice forming on my air conditioning unit outside. There was no cold air flow throughout my house. My A/C works perfectly now! If you need anything HVAC, give Perfect Home Services a call first! You will NOT be disappointed! AAAAAAAA++++++++ experience!

Is this the type of service you get for a $15,000 A/C and heating system purchase nowadays?
• Packaging material left inside the furnace and discovered at the first maintenance service call approximately 6 months down the road.
• We purchased replacement filters from Perfect Home and they provided us with the wrong size.
• The humidifier we purchased with our furnace and A/C system was never turned on during the installation process and was discovered when the pressure switch was replaced approximately a year and a half later.
• Our furnace was not working properly within the first year and a half, so a full battery of tests was run to determine that the pressure switch was bad. Perfect Home never told us that it was a faulty part and was a recall item. If so, why include a proven faulty part on a newly installed system. Perfect Home scheduled an appointment to install the new pressure switch once it arrived after being ordered. Perfect Home cancelled the appointment to install the pressure switch a few days before a winter storm hit that was going to produce extremely low temperatures. The furnace stopped working during those low temperatures on the weekend following the cancelled service call, and when we called for emergency service on Saturday, we were told that they were booked up for Sunday. We were in our home for 36 hours without heat and a temperature of 12 degrees outside. When the technician came the next day to install the pressure switch we were told that they don’t work on Sundays.

Brandon came to look into why our shower drain was clogged. He even got into our tiny crawl space to investigate. He explained everything he was doing and was sweet to our cats:) The clog is going to take a bit more work, so he set us up with someone to come the next day. Great service!

Perfect Home Services came out on an emergency basis to repair a terrible job done by another outfit. Billy the expert plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and on time! Couldn't have asked for a better response or better experience. He repaired it all, checked, and double checked to make sure everything was now working properly. Highly recommend

The technicians are all very well trained and educated in the latest HVAC services and make sure you understand what the issues are and the best path forward. Jordan specifically on the sales/customer service side of the business is wonderful and explains everything in detail if you are new to HVAC services, like I was, and makes sure you are getting the best options for your home that make sense without going overboard. He also does an excellent job of explaining what each piece of the system does and it's importance.
