Jose was great. Provided us with all our options, and repaired our leak fast. He was very professional and showed us step by step what he was going to do. Very happy with our services. Will definitely call them back in any future repairs.

We woke up 2 days before Christmas and our furnace wasn’t working with temps below zero and a blizzard. They had a tech on his way within an hour who told us our furnace was shot. They sent a consultant a few hours later who set us up for an installation the following morning. The install techs were here early on Christmas Eve morning and did an amazing job getting everything done. We are extremely happy and impressed with how kind and efficient everyone we dealt with was! Thank you all so much!! You literally saved our Christmas!

Had full home HVAC replaced recently . Upon yearly AC maintenance they cannot get to panel to complete work. They installed the A/C too close to house/fence. Want to charge us $2500 to rotate unit and fix their original work. Left messages for manager go unanswered. Was still charged full price for incomplete AC tuning

Steve Cathers called to verify appt. today and that he was in the way. Very professional and experienced. Did tune up on AC-checked all inside and out. Thank you-Good job. Ruth Mores

First experience for HVAC was great, multiple visits to solve the issue but trial and error was expected when identifying the source of the problem. Couldn’t be happier.

Second experience was for plumbing and unacceptable. Had a leak develop in my ceiling, made an appointment to have it looked at sometime after 11AM. They confirmed same day and then at 5PM called and said they couldn’t make it with no availability until Monday, while I’ll be out of town. Waiting around all day only to have them cancel last minute without next day rescheduling and leaving me no hope of finding someone to come out today before the weekend. Not the kind of dependability you want in a plumbing service.

Eric is awesome! He was dispatched because I was in need of my maintenance checkup and my heater wasn’t always coming on when called for. My units are 17 years old, and I knew it was time to think about replacement versus repair. He is very detailed and I was able to watch the entire visit while he was explaining everything that was in need of repair/replacement. To save time, he called the office and Jessica was able to book a salesperson (Chris) to meet with me that same night to discuss replacement options. I have been a customer with JNJ Heating and now with Perfect Home. I still receive the same high level customer focused service that is very important to me. I can highly recommend Perfect Home for their knowledge, experience and looking out for safety and what is best for me, the consumer.

Fantastic job from Manni and Danny on 2 separate jobs. They were friendly, polite, explained everything well and extremely competent. They cleaned up after the job and all the appropriate documentation was sent in real time. Great service and I will always go to them for my future HVAC needs. Brilliant!

We had a good experience with them for our sump pump and we were inclined to use their business for our HVAC. They had us waive our rights under the premise that this was the only way to get them to install our equipment in a timely fashion. The purpose of this waiver is actually for emergency service, however they are using it as a sales tactic to get you the service faster while making it extremely costly if you want to cancel. They seem like a more expensive option than other similar companies so this comes across as a tactic used to back customers into a corner. It is certainly not in the spirit of the law. I have to say, after this experience I cannot recommend them. If you do use them, please make sure not to sign your rights away unless it's a true emergency. They seem to be very liberal with that term and it is not in the customer's best interest to do so.
