The guys who came to install our new furnace were terrific! Great job all around, super professional, explained things very well. Very satisfied.

CAUTION! VERY HIGH PRESSURE SELLING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Very deceptive business practices also! Long story short, I literally had to kick the sales person that came to my home to give me a free estimate on a new HVAC system out of my house after over an hour of hearing how great they are and what I should buy... TODAY even though I clearly told him I wasn't making any decisions until I had all my estimates. By the way, their quote was $5000 more than similar system from another reputable contractor. Save yourself this hassle and look elsewhere!

I called for a quote on a new AC system and was given the next day for a design consultant to come out. Jeff Aleman came to my home and was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very pleasant. He took his time explaining everything to me and going over what I wanted and my options. He really took the time to understand my needs. He restored my faith in sales people.

Steffon, Allen, Dan were all extremely professional, communicative and explained everything thoroughly after they completed the work on our home. Would highly recommend this team!

I used this company for many years. Never had an issue. Then when I had them work on my shower, the plumber with 30+ years of experience could not figure out how to remove the part that turns on the shower. He came to my house 4 times, eventually destroyed the part on my shower. I had to take a total of 6 days off of work because of this simple job.
( And I do mean simple). Eventually I got tired of taking time off of work because of him so I went into the shower to see what the problem was. This plumber of 30+years destroyed the part of my shower because he didn't remove a simple screw that was behind the part.

After I removed the part I called them and told them to send a different plumber. They did not. They sent the same person over and told them I did not want him in my house.

Eventually the job did get fixed and they "promised" to replace the broken part within 5 business days.

4.5 weeks later, 5-7 phone calls, appointments that they didn't show up for and they sent over their warehouse employee to drop off the part.

I have come to learn that this company will do the work. But if they mess something up on your house they will blow you off and deny anything. They will not refund you or own up to their mistakes.

I paid for the job but I lost a weeks worth of income because of them. I do not recommend.

As a new customer engaging for the first time with Perfect Home Services, I spoke with Amanda to make an appointment for a furnace and AC tune-up, learn more about the company and inquire about any HVAC service programs offered by PHS. Amanda was excellent ... very informative and professional. Service appointment has been made and all questions answered ... a good start to a new relationship with Perfect Home Services.

They were very personable. They documented everything with photos. Very methodical in their approach. Came back a second time to solve the problem I had with my heating and A/C unit.
The only issue I found was with the cost of replacement parts. I realize some costs for older parts are out of their control.
Overall 4 stars. Minus 1 star for pricing.

Yolanda, the technician, was competent and efficient. She explained in detail what she was about to do. She suggested an additional task and described why it was needed.
