Stephen Washburn came to our home at 8amthis morning for a service appointment. He was on time, very professional and thorough in inspecting our heating system. He serviced the humidifier and replaced the filter. I very much enjoy Stephen being our service tech, and we hope he will be our tech in the future. David Helwick

Joel came to our house came on the same day that we called in. He was in Spokane at a call. He drove all the way to our house in Sagle, because he was concerned about our 93year old mother living with us. It was extremely cold out. We greatly appreciated having heat again!!

Dustin performed annual services on 2 different heating systems for me. He completed the work in a timely manner and told me about the condition of the systems. Recently purchased a new house in Sandpoint that needed air conditioning. I had the pleasure of having Leigh and Blake as the crew to install an AC and add vents to a new bonus room in the house. Kudos to Trademark Mech. Project estimator Joy Berry was on site within a week to assess our split mech AC needs and a signed work order before he left. Installation was scheduled after equipment procurement and installers John Mille and Mike were great! No mess, no fuss, congenial and were able to answer all our questions and ran through the equipment controls and maintenance prior to leaving.

Vincent Brown was very professional. He was very knowledgeable in the things that I had questions about and helped me to understand how things worked. He was also very down to earth, and friendly. I will be sure to use you again in the future.
