The technicians were top notch as was the office and other support staff. We are adding to our home in the future and will definitely use them again.

Jasper was our repairman and he thoroughly cleaned and repaired our heater and was very clear and concise when explaining what needed to be done and came a few days later when the parts came in and repaired the unit in a timely manner and reasonably priced.

I wanted to give a shout out to a Trademark of sandpoint employee named Tyler. On a Monday morning I was headed out of town to get a doctor's appointment that I was not looking forward to. I was already running late and of course needing gas so I had to stop to fill up before hitting the long bridge. When I went to take off my gas cap it disconnected and rolled under my pickup... 'great'... I cursed the day. But just then walking out of the store was a trademark guy, who without any hesitation and before I even had the chance to start crawling on the fuel soaked cement to get jt, he dived under the truck and retrieved my gas cap, handed it back to me and wished me to have a great day. UNBELIEVEABLE! What a gentleman, I was so blown away it brought tears to my eyes. That simple act of kindness brightened my whole day. It still does. Trademark of sandpoint you have some wonderful employees and if I ever need HVAC work done I'll be giving you my business. Thank you Tyler for reminding me that a bit of kindness goes a long way.

Trademark Mechanical is the fourth business that I called about needing help with an HVAC (LG ductless mini-split) problem: the first three businesses were either not responsive or unwilling to give help; but the woman who answered TM's phone (on Tuesday) was friendly and helpful, sympathetic to my situation --she asked whether I had another form of heat in the house -- and scheduling a service call within two days.

On Thursday, Dustin Geesman showed up at the promised time, introduced himself with a smile and handshake, engaged me with a few preliminary niceties, then got down to business, asking about my concerns with the system and listening to my responses.

Dustin ran a few diagnostic tests, checked several details, cleaned all filters, replaced some batteries and explained and demonstrated how the buttons on the remotes work --the various functions -- and left after another smile and handshake. Our HVAC system now works as it should.

I give both TM generally and Dustin Geesman specifically five stars.

Tyler was very professional & explaned everthing answering my every question. His helper was also very efficent. They did a great job cleaning up & returned everything to its place. Carrier heat pump peforms better than I anticipated The units are so quiet I think they are off.
