Ivan Olonso was very detailed in his approach to solving our problem. He was thorough and explored every aspect to determine the cause of a noisy air flow system. Even though this is not in their arena, he solved the issue cleaning the filter and offered solutions. The videos provided were of immense help toward understanding the cause and need for repair. He is asking Trademark Mechanical to research to order new blower units. He could have said, sorry we don't provide service for this problem, BUT he didn't. I would highly recommend this very reputable business.

We were very happy with the installation of the Ductless AC and Heating system. The installers, Tyler, Blake, and Brandon, and the electrician, Scott, were professional and they worked efficiently. We were kept informed throughout the process. The system is great and we are so pleased with the results.

Trademark has a great employee in Ivan Alonso. He was great to work with, he was timely, communicated well. He diagnosed the issues, and followed all the right steps to do what was right for the Customer.

He even took time to chat with my Kids who thought Ivan was awesome.

It was nice to see that in these weird times that good customer service is still around.

Incredible customer service at every step of the process. These folks are patient, persistent, and responsive. We had a great experience with the install of a mini split this spring. Unfortunately a manufacturer error caused it to not work properly. Jacob from Trademark and a couple different technicians worked with us until the problem was resolved. Everyone we have interacted with from this company has been a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

It is almost never that you can write a review like this. Which is why I rarely do. From Joe, the estimator, to Scott the electrician and his team Michael...To Lee and Mike...there's nothing but positive things to say about each of them. They were on time, prepared and enthusiastic for their work. They were neat both at the start and the end...you'd never know they were even here. They delivered on their promise to do the job right and most of all they actually listened to what my needs were and exceeded them. Lastly Joy was indeed one. She made me feel like I was a valued friend. It's sort of hard to believe, I know. But it's all true. Go with these guys. I wish they sold more things that I need for my home. :-)

I had the pleasure of having Ivan Alonso out to my house today to service and inspect my furnace. The buyers of my home requested the service and Ivan made it a painless, smooth appointment. He was professional, very knowledgeable and shared good information about my new homes furnace and on demand water heater. I really appreciated him sharing what he knows unsolicited.
