Alex (service technician) arrived when they said he would. He promptly assessed my stated problems, and very thoroughly took care of everything. I’ve had nothing less than a fantastic experience with Trademark Mechanical in general, and Alex is no exception. I highly recommend both to anyone requiring their services.

Luke came out and gave me an estimate. Very professionals and thorough. Great attention to detail. By the time Luke left I had a very good understanding of the quote and the whole process of having AC installed.
Jacob and crew completed the installation of the AC in our home. Could not be happier with the work completed from start to finish. My decision to go with Trademark mechanical was based on a Friends experience of trademark standing behind their product and workmanship.

Blake Wells, Sean Harris, and Joel Wright came out to Priest Lake ID to help us with switching over to a tankless water heater. They were respectful, informative, professional, and above all else were amazing at their jobs.

The tech that came out to give us our estimate for a full heating system was awesome , not to mention that we support our troops and he's a Marine, nice guy nice service will be using this company.

Our AC quit working and I called 4 local companies in our town none of which cared to respond to me. I called this company and got an immediate response and we made the appointment immediately. The service man arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He even gave tips on how to extend the life of our AC unit. I will continue using this company in the future and will strongly recommend them to my friends.

We were very pleased with the furnace installation. Tyler and Blake were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They called in advance to make sure they could get to us and said they were committed to getting our new furnace installed as quickly as possible. The company was responsive from our first contact with them which was a visit from Joe Hughes. They loaned us space heaters to keep our place warm until the new furnace could be delivered. Excellent service from start to finish.

Alex was back for the fall maintenance/tuneup on our gas heating system. In about 45 minutes he checked mothers, burners, co, wiring and cleaned the furnace. He also explained what he was doing and also the results. We are signed up for next years fall inspection and maintenance and hope Alex is still working for Trademark.

Had a great experience with Trademark. They replaced our gas furnace and also installed AC for us. Luke was great, giving me several quotes with different options. He explained everything very well. Jacob and crew that did the install were also awesome. They were on time, worked quickly, gave me updates along the way, explained everything in detail and cleaned up when they were done.

Luke evaluated our home and provided several estimates for installing mini-splits. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful to us. Although we are not installing them now, we plan to in the future. Luke was great!
