Edson was professional, friendly and helpful, and kind in providing heaters after the furnace had to be shut off, He was great about getting me on the road to a new furnace. Kudos!

I tried to use this company! I had an appointment for a line check saftety check and no one showed up. When i called them, the gal had no memory of the conversation and said i was not on the books and they couldn't help me!!! Very very disappointed in this company!!!! Horrible communication and customer service!!!!!!

Steven did a great job, checking the units and doing yearly maintenance. Verified two of the cassettes were not working properly and told us what would need to take place to correct them. Rescheduled for the repairs. Also, added surge protectors to the outdoor units to alleviate any potential electrical problems. I would highly recommend Trademark to anyone needing heating and air conditioning sales or service.

We had a new air conditioner put in 4 weeks ago! We ran it that day and it worked fine! Two weeks later we had a 92 degree day and ran it 8 hours and the unit froze up. I thought maybe the unit leaked out the freon so I called, and they sent the installer out again. I was concerned he maybe diagnosed it wrong so they sent out another person. The freon was fine but something weird going on. Getting nervous but they called the next day sent a manager out and they found out the company that made the unit changed a part that was causing the problem. They stayed right on it and fixed the problem. Very pleased with the job. Thank you to Jake, Lee, and Andy.

All three guys (Jason, Lee, and Michael)that worked on installing our furnace were five star employees! We called in the morning and by noon had a repairman out to see what needed to be done! Thank you Trademark Mechanical for job done well!

Stephen Washburn went above and beyond his service call. He even helped walk me through problem solving in an effort to avoid a Sunday service call. Even after he left I was able to text him in the evening to
help me with a new thermostat. Great guy to work with. Very helpful and friendly!! Thanks again Stephen!!

Justin was absolutely amazing! Showed up within an hour - and we had no heat in our home. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue we were having and we set up an appointment for everything to be fixed. Would highly recommend this company and Justin!
