Joel and the rest of the Trademark crew did great work. Showed up on time amd got everything done on schedule. Very happy and will use them in the future.

Easy to schedule with and very focused on our needs. We have a newborn right before summer, so finding a time for an estimate and install of an AC unit, sooner rather than later, was very important to us! Trademark did a great job of helping us! Thank you!

This is a review of AJ Rollins service. Arrived before appointment time, clearly explained everything and willingly answered questions. Provided before and after pix of boiler cleaning. Only minor disappointment was he did not have a CO2 probe with him.

We hired Trademark Mechanical to do the HVAC install in our new house in Sandpoint. They were fantastic, professional, courteous and always on time! Joel W. and Tyler W. were the leads and Mike S. and Blake W. were the helpers. We dont want to leave out Andy, he was our go-to guy during the entire process!! We cant say enough about these guys! They did a wonderful job and we got a follow up call to see how everything was going a week after the install….. 5 stars is not enough!!

Sean Crumpacker, the service technician, was very competent and courteous. He performed system maintenance and checked wireless sensor switch. We were very pleased with his work.

Our last service was installation of a new heating system. Tyler, Mike and Blake were awesome. They were on time, thorough and cleaned up behind themselves. This crew from Trademark Mechanical, based in Hayden, ID, were exceptional throughout the two days of their installation of the split-level A/C and heating system in my home. Tyler managed a very professional, respectful, and conscientious team of Blake and Michael, who were all a pleasure working with. Tyler was patient and knowledgeable in explaining and answering my questions about the system. It was comforting to have them place drop cloths on the floors and carpets, with consistent vacuuming, as well. They left my house spotless! I also very much appreciated their wearing of masks indoors, which I requested earlier (and maybe they would have, anyways).

The engineer was very trained and knew everything thing there was to know about our heating problem. Needed parts were ordered immediately and will be installed ASAP. Excellent company !

I had asked Trademark to replace 2 electric hot water heaters in my attic crawl space. One is for DHW and the other is for radiant floor heat. Although they could not service the radiant boiler, they referred me to a business that could. Rare to see a company refer someone else to ensure good customer service.

Stephen was very professional, nice and easy to talk with. He not only checked my heat pump but also two propane room heaters, one of which needs a part replaced, but got the heater working until the replacement part is available, or comes in , or whatever it does ! Look forward to having that fixed pretty soon.
