Trademark's installers, Andy and Tyler, could not have been better...really. They arrived on time, worked their tails off, did a top notch installation, cleaned up after themselves...and were very friendly and polite fellows to boot. My wife and I are very satisfied with the two mini-split systems installed at our home. Well done gentlemen!

What started out as a warranty repair became a sale. I wanted to be less dependent on propane and (the tech) Jasper had (sales) Joe call me. We made an appointment and he was here the same day. Made his recommendation and I agreed. Saved me money on my electrical install and we made some friends. Andy, Joe and Jasper all were a great team.

Anthony replaced the pvc pipes next to the furnace. He did a first rate job.

Andy, Tyler, Todd, and Joe from Trademark Mechanical did an outstanding job working with us. They installed a new hybrid heat pump/propane furnace with new duct work upstairs including a return. Tyler was a wiz at determining where the new ducts should go without tearing apart our whole house. Kept a clean safe work environment even with kids running around. Highly recommend their professional service.

Vincent Brown came out to my house right on time and was a pleasure to deal with, he was professional and explained in detail what was wrong with my heater and all my options to fix it. Loved his friendly attitude and his straight to the point answers. I would highly recommend Vince.

Jasper just finished our boiler installation and he did a great job. He is resourceful and so are John and John (from trademark).

Very friendly phone service, the second technician figured out the problem and solved it. Also spent way extra time trying to get the IT part of our HVAC system to connect to wireless successfully. Friendly and professional. We will definitely be customers in the future.

This team knocked it out of the park. Ours was a complicated install but the team handled all the complications in stride. Lots of issues popped up given the nature of the job, but the team still finished early - and in a pandemic! Luke H did a great job scoping the work; and Tyler, Brandon, Scott, & Joy in the Sandpoint office were an absolute joy to work with. Strongly recommend.

We're remodeling our house and wanted a new gas line ran for a gas range. I called a few companies and was told that they were all months out. Trademark got us on the schedule quickly and were extremely professional and great. I decided to change up the placement of our fireplace line after, called them back and received the same great service from the office and Joe. I would highly recommend Trademark to anyone.
