    Highly recommend! As other reviewers have stated, they go above and beyond the call of duty. Identified and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and gave us recommendations on how to best maintain and optimized our system.. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to all our friends.

    We had a faint propane smell in our laundry room for a week or so and wanted to make sure there was nothing that was going to be an issue. I called Johnson's a few times before talking with John, the owner.
    He was very busy but made time to come check out our leak.
    After arriving at 6:30 in the evening he found it and made sure everything was good before leaving to go home at 9:30.
    "Above and beyond" doesn't describe how dedicated this individual is.
    If we ever have any HVAC needs we'll be calling on Johnson Heating & Cooling.

    Johnson Heating & Cooling had a tech working the New Years weekend. I was able to meet up with him and buy an ignitor for my parents furnace. And all of this was on very short notice. Way to step up and make the new year bright.

    I have never hired, been to the business site or heard of Johnson heating business before May 5, 2017. What I did experience, from the owner, was an "off the wall" phone message that said I had "at some time" spent an evening at a Quality Motel and that I had won a cruise. Then the caller, an older man, got vile, foul mouthed and threatening on my voice mail about me calling him. Now, I have never called this "owner", I don't live in Idaho anymore and haven't for over 15 years. I just happen to have an Idaho # for my phone. Any owner who gets so bent out of shape and makes such vile comments and threats on a voice message had better make sure of 2 things. 1. That he's called the correct # which he called my # twice to do this. And 2. He had better make arrangements with a lawyer before his "rage" or mental "instability" puts him in jail. The ironic part of this story is that I, at the time of his calls, was recuperating from a work day at church! I am a senior citizen and a married woman. And I have never stayed in a Quality Motel that I can remember! And I would give this man "0" stars if this program would allow it. In closing, I would never hire this man... he's unstable. I have blocked any further calls or messages from him, since he obviously did this from his personal phone. I hope this man is close to retirement for his sake and the business as well.

    I would never recommend Johnsons. They blew us off,didnt call back. I had to call them only to be told it would be Jan before they could get us in. Would have been nice to know that the first call I made in. Not good customer service
