We had two different techs come out to our home, Chad and Mason. They both were very knowledgeable, polite, on time!

Austin did a wonderful job, very thorough at explaining everything and took the time to make sure we understood. No high pressure sales...Installed a new furnace/air conditioning system for us in November/2021 and it runs beautifully no problems. He serviced and tested the system for us today as well as a family members air conditioner. He's very pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend.

Austin was friendly & professional. He gave us the best service & information on fixing our air conditioning unit, as well as future maintenance to keep our a/c unit lasting as long as it can. Highly recommend Wickstrom as well as Austin!

Used Wickstrom last week with a blown water heater check valve flooding my garage. Will continue to use and I do recommend them.

Called at 8AM and the tech (Chris) arrived before 12PM (impressive, considering I'm 45mins outside town). Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, left the site clean, and took time to explain the work.

Considering it was an unscheduled rush job the labor cost was acceptable to me. I have not used other local plumbers yet so do not have much to compare. I suspect they are not a "budget" outfit but in return I get premium service- a trade I am willing to make.

They will try to push their membership package on you. I joined because the discounted price for members was equal to the cost of repairs for a non-member (no accident on their end I'm sure) but that doesn't bother me as I prefer to have a single point of contact for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Our AC unit fan stopped working, old motor, Austin came ASAP when they had a cancellation and got our system working again. Right after our AC went so did the water heater, Austin was amazing and helped get it working again. We have two under two, so when both warm bathes and no cool air occurred it was a bit of a nightmare and he was our lifesaver!! Great communication, very professional and genuine. 10/10

We had some drainage issues with our sink and tub and Wickstrom was quick to reach out and schedule a time to come and look at the issue. Chris and Carson came out to look at the issue and fixed it same day, and were very polite and professional! We don't wear shoes in our home and they came prepared with booties! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Austin was fantastic today! Our air conditioner needed repair and he came to our rescue. He is knowledgeable and provided me some good education and made sure I had my questions answered. We feel so much more comfortable in our home now in this heat. Thank you so much Austin!
