Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I recently got a quote but I'm still in the early stages of my project. Chance was so patient and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable asking him a million questions. He's a prime example of how a first impression should be. Take your 'Chances'!!!

Kyle was here for heating and cooling and he did excellent work. He is very pleasant personable. And did everything he was supposed to do.

Sam Michaelson was really helpful. He spent the extra time needed to determine if the leak was covered under the warranty. Fixed the leak too.

Blake was here right on time! He was extremely polite knowledgeable kind and was there to HELP US…!! He let us know exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. He also gave us several options for pmts. We couldn’t have asked for a better technician or person to help us thru our situation…!!! I was referred by a friend and I plan on ‘paying it forward’. Wickstrom is SIMPLY THE BEST and Blake was incredible…!! 5 stars heck - I’d give him 10 stars!! Thank you Blake and Wickstrom and thank you Helen as well. I am so grateful I called Wickstrom…!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!THEY MAY HAVE A CATCHY JINGLE BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I gave them detailed information about my job and they canceled on my appointment that I made weeks before and when they did show up they didn’t come with the proper supplies and quoted me $1,100 within one minute and said they’d have to reschedule. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I called out Wickstrom to do a check of my furnace and thermostat for the season. The tech was very thorough and professional, and kindly let me know that I had purchased the incorrect size of filter! He took a ton of photos and explained all the ducting and other issues that were going on. There was a little bit of upselling with the memberships but it didn’t detract from the quality of service, and I did sign up for the hvac one so they could check our AC come spring.

Had a RO tank replaced. Garrett was very efficient, informative and down right nice. Wickstrom knows how to keep the customers happy. They are all friendly, professional, get back to you and keep in close touch of when the technician are arriving. I would call them again .
