    It’s almost a rarity these days for businesses to put customer service on top of their list, this reflects from top to bottom of the spectrum of services. I had an on and off recurring issue with a bathroom sink, Robert Peters came out to diagnose the problem and made suggestions starting with the simplest to aid in unclogging the sink which didn’t fully remedy the problem. Following his visit Wickstrom reached out at least twice to ensure that problem was resolved to customer satisfaction. In contacting the office, I spoke with Rochelle who was very accommodating in scheduling another f/u visit. Robert decided to dig deeper and problem was discovered and resolved. Great experience, great customer service.

    Left a message on a Sunday and first thing Monday Morning Kelley returned my call. They were booked for that Monday, but Kelley put me first on the list if one of their techs finished early. She did schedule me for Tuesday morning just in case. I got a call Monday afternoon from Kelley saying Robert was 20 minutes out. Robert was awesome. He went right to work and got the plugged shower taken care. Everything worked out better than expected. I highly recommend Wickstrom for your plumbing needs. I will use them from now on.

    I've used Wickstrom for several years now and their service is always top notch. Yesterday Blake and Carson repaired a burst hose bib, and I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

    A few years back I signed up for their heating/ac service plan simply because it saved me 20% on my service (i.e. paying to join the plan saved me more money than NOT joining would have), and being a member of that plan has been a live saver! It apparently makes me a "preferred" customer, which mean every time I called they've picked up instantly and been able to get someone out same day to repair an urgent issue or next day for a non-urgent one. Having to call just one number for ASAP (and quality) heating, air, and plumbing service has been a life saver.

    Chad from Wickstrom installed our Halo-5 Water Treatment System. He has a firm command of the English language, is a Veteran, thinks around corners and puts fires out before they start. He's smart, easy to talk to and doesn't mind walking through what he is doing and why. Did you know that if you hook a Halo-5 system up backwards (water-flow) it will destroy the unit upon pressurization? Chad does. SO glad I didn't install it myself. Wickstrom Plumbing and HVAC is worth every penny.

    Austin had our HVAC unit up and working again within 2 hours of my call. He was honest, professional and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.     Austin and Caylee came out and were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were coming out to perform pre-summer A/C inspection. During the inspection they found three items that required repair. Since I have insurance on the A/C unit they worked with me so I could call my insurance to determine if the needed repairs would be covered. They could have told me they couldn't work with me or tried to pressure me into repairing something that wasn't needed. They represented/demonstrated honesty and integrity for themselves and their company. Them and the other ladies ( Helen, Kelly and Rochelle)that assisted in the repair and communication with the insurance company made this repair easier then if I would have had to deal with them. That's why I continue to have them maintain and repair my A/C and Furnace systems.
