Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Chad from Wickstrom did a great job of identifying our issue, explaining what was happening, and making recommendations. Ordinarily we would have gotten additional bids but after discussing everything with Chad we chose to move forward with Wickstrom doing the job.

I bought a house that was a flipper, so needless to say there have been some issues. Wickstrom Plumbing has come out 3-4 times concerning my furnace and each time have been very nice and professwional. The last technicians to come out, Kim and Kyle, were great to work with and very helpful. Thank you!

Everyone that came to my house to help me fix my water leak has been respectful and knowledgeable. They have been on time and here to answer any questions that I needed answered. We recently bought a new house and shortly after moving in, the furnace stopped blowing warm air. The previous owners had been using Wickstrom, so we called to keep the same company involved with the servicing and repairs. So glad we did! Stewart and Ben did an amazing job of quickly diagnosing the issue, locating a replacement part, going to pick up the part, and had us back in warmth in no time! The response time was awesome, everything was well coordinated, and service was above expectations. We will continue to use them for not only the new house, but the old house that is now a rental property as well! Thanks, Wickstrom!

Our water system developed a leak resulting in a huge jump in our water billing. We called Wickstrom and Max came out the same day and gave us a firm estimate. The crew, consisting of Colton, Brandon and Sam, worked diligently to locate the leak site and then to excavate the line and repair the break. All members of the team were professional and very courteous. The nasty weather required they return to do the landscape finishing
repairs. They were right on time and did a very nice job. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job. They did not
change the estimated charges despite doing extra work!

Have used Wickstrom for a few years now to service Heating/AC unit. Easy to make appointments, and they are always on time. I appreciate the text messages notifying me they are on their way. Stewart and Ben were knowledgeable and explained all that they saw and did.

Cole did a marvelous job with the little things we has originally called about. Then he went above and beyond finding a major problem. He was very polite and professional. The major problem could have ended up with a flooded room, so very happy.

What began with a backed up sewer line ended with Carson detach the water heater. Reinstalling after clean up & asbestos abatement had taken place. Yesterday, a piece of flooring under the water heater needed to be removed. Carson was at my house at the time specified, detached the water heater & waited for the abatement crew to come in. That took longer than expected. Carson came back when abatement had been completed around 4:30 & I had hot water again. Carson explains what the process is, he is professional, & if any further questions need to be answered, he does without treating you as if you should know. I recommend Wickstrom & if you can have Carson, do that too.
