Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Chris came out and did a full pluming inspection. He fixed a leak under the sink, adjusted the water level in our soft water and flushed the water heater. He gave all the estimates we needed. he was great! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be using them for all my pluming needs as well as AC and heating.

I had a main line leak that required a professional team I could trust. Chance came by to identify the problem and let me know the repair procedure. A few days later Kody and Sam showed up with the excavator and started the repair . They kept me updated throughout the process. They used extreme care when digging up my yard and made sure I was satisfied with the repair upon completion . I'm extremely pleased with Wickstrom and there team , that includes ther office crew as well.

Austin arrived early as he had finished up his previous job earlier. When he arrived we talked for a few minutes about what he was going to do and then he got to work setting out sensors and cleaning and inspecting my A/C unit. He kept me informed and show me his finding.
Caylee helped with the final review and he informed me about other services he could provide.

I called them after our AC went out. They were extremely nice on the phone, worked me in on there already busy schedule and were out at my home in less than 4hrs after the call. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. They were so awesome I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan to prevent my AC going out again.

Wickstrom employees are the best. I have used this company for over 10 years.

Recently I had to call them as I discovered a leaking pipe in the wall of the house when I attempted to reconnect the outside hose after the winter. The company sent Chad out to evaluate the situation. After confirming that the leak was indeed a pipe break, he further stated that the leak was most likely caused from a frozen pipe and therefore was covered under your house insurance. As a result of the leak Chad wanted to go down into the crawl space to confirm there was no damage from the leak.

Unfortunately there was a small amount of standing water in certain areas of the crawl space along with dampness of the flooring in the wine room. Chad coordinated with Apex Restoration to come out and review and recommend what needed to be done. Apex showed up within 90 minutes. After review by Apex Restoration, their employee Brandon interfaced with our insurance company on our behalf.

This is the type of Quality Service we expect and Wickstrom Plumbing certainly delivered. Chad was a consummate professional.

Have used Wickstrom a couple times now, this last round for the maintenance and cleaning of our furnace/AC system. Chris and Austin were on time, very professional, and very patient with the puppy we just adopted! :) The did the maintenance and suggested some additional work, a couple items I had them do and a couple I just did myself, but they were candid and upfront about costs and potential issues so I could make my decision and did so with no pressure. Last summer they came out to fix a clogged drain line that caused our AC to not cool in August! Both visits have been outstanding, nice to see and receive top notch service and repair. Great work all!
