I would definitely recommend Wickstrom PHC for any mechanical needs your home requires. My Service Tech/Plumber was friendly, informative, fast, and very professional. COLTON is amazing he repaired our main water line that had a small leak. He had all the right equipment to expedite the repairs. This company has been a pleasure to work with.

My second time using Wickstrom - first time they went above and beyond for me on a plumbing repair job when insurance didn't pay like they said they would. This time around, Cole was quick, thorough and professional, and did a great job. There may be cheaper plumbers out there, but you get what you pay for! Highly recommended.

Stew and Camren came out to service my furnace and didn’t a wonderful job. They were very polite and explained everything in great detail. I will be recommending this company and these gentlemen to everyone I know.

My furnace totally went out in February and after calling the office I was told they would try to get someone out as soon as possible but it was pretty far into the day. However, it wasn't that long before I got a call that someone would be out that day to evaluate the problem. They were out sooner than I was told but my part was a specialty part and they had to order it from out of town so as the weekend was coming up, they left me a heater and would be back on Monday to fix the unit. Sure enough, they were there on time Monday fixed my furnace better than it had been fixed the year before, gave me a great price for the fix and a warranty. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. From the time I called in to the office to the time Austin and Kyle left my house I knew I was in good quality hands and that my furnace was finally really fixed. Thank you Wickstrom for making me feeling so at ease with all your service.

Blake was the technician that came out to gives us an estimate. Blake was very professional. The fact that they where able to come out same day and earlier then expected was a plus. Blake also told me about their HVAC and plumbing plans. I will be calling in the future to set that up. Wickstrom thanks for sending Blake out for our service. Our furnace went out at the worst possible time. Doug was great to talk to and came out right away to provide a full inspection for our needs, which ended up being a new furnace. The team was here within the week to complete the work. It was completed timely and professionally. This is our 2nd interaction with this company and the experience was just as great as the first. Every single person we've been in contact with at this company has been great to work with. Highly recommend.

Blake was professional and Bernie the doodle loved him. He was thorough and explained what he was doing throughout his inspection process. We feel confident that he has inspected throughout and did find a leak in the crawl space that we weren’t even aware of. He answered our questions thoroughly even though it slowed him down. I look forward to dealing with again next week. Blake if you’re done by 3:00 we’re going camping. No pressure 😅

Farris came out right away and went above and beyond in service. My husband has been banging his head for two weeks with his auger machine, so Farris was a blessing when he pulled that shredded t-shirt out of the drain clear to the street! The amount charged was very low for the service we got, thank you! I will recommend your company from now on.

I have never received such High quality, fast, fair priced service. Especially here in Donnelly Idaho where most take advantage of the remote location. First Doug the Analyst came and assessed my heating and cooling needs and was super Good explaining my options. Next day Kayla scheduled the technicians Ben and Adam who came up to Donnelly to install. I Needed to have an electrician so they contacted a Electrical contractor Calvin who came up to install the wiring for the ductless mini split. The best part is you can tell they Love working for Wickstrom family business. It shows. Thank You Wickstom and Especially Thank You for the people who work for you.

Rochelle took my call in the morning and because my A/C Compressor wasn't working. She had Austin (HVAC/Plumbing Tech) out in a timely manner and Austin took care of the failed contactor. Wickstrom goes the extra mile and offers great service every time I call them. Don't go anywhere else!!!
