Wickstrom Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Had Austin come out and do a full service on our HVAC system. He was great at explaining everything he was doing and looking for. Told me about potential issues in the future and cost to repair them. I will recommend Wickstrom in the future.

My experience with Wickstrom was great from when I first called and spoke to the dispatch (who was friendly and helpful; we ended up talking for a few minutes about dogs) to when the technicians (Austin and Ben) came out to inspect and service my furnace. They were professional and unlike a lot of service businesses I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. There was one issue they found, but Austin explained exactly what was going on and why it was a potential issue. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience.

Back around Christmas we opened our water bill and it was double what it usually is. Called the city and they said you probably have a broken pipe in your yard to the house. Our landlord called Wickstorm and scheduled a leak detect.

Chance showed up to do the leak detect and was super awesome and professional! Made sure to test everything and make sure nothing in the house is leaking. Turns out the toilets do have a small leak but Chance was great to clean up the water. The larger problem is the pipe in the yard,

Couple days later Kody & Max show up with the Excavator! Kody was so chill about my girls watching him dig in the yard. He went out of his way to show me how to shut the main water line valve off. The job was quick and Kody made sure I got the right photos Incase this ever happens again. Seriously can't speak highly enough! My only complaint was that the scheduler messed up pretty bad and said someone was going to show up and they didn't. My husband took vacation to make sure he was home. We weren’t too happy when no one showed. Thanks Kody, Chance and Max for a job well done! Thank you for also considering our neighbors! You guys are so amazing!

Chad did an amazing job installing a whole home water conditioner. I was originally planning to do just a standard water softener but Chad took the time to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision without being pushy. Final product works like a charm.

Austin went the extra mile when installing our whole home humidifier. Even after the first install attempt didn’t work as planned, he took the time, did the research, and came back and ensured the product worked as intended.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys and this company. I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Great awesome company. Very affordable! From start to finish they had my water leak detected and fixed within 3 days. They have the 6-ft hole dug within minutes. Cole did a great job! He checked all the pipes and the crawl space! He made me feel comfortable which is awesome when someone is in your home. I highly recommend for all your plumbing and home needs.

Yesterday morning, 12/20/22, I turned on the shower & went to pour a cup of coffee while waiting for hot water to reach the master bath. I was shocked to discover ice water!! Called Wickstrom Plumbing immediately and the technician responded on time. Carson was very professional and quickly determined the problem. He made the repairs in approx 3 hrs including testing to be sure all was well. That night, I ran water in the kitchen and discovered slow flow at the sink so I called to leave a message requesting a recheck today, 12/21/22. Carson contacted me midday when I got off work and he promptly determined the problem which was silt & debris that had flowed through the lines which is a common occurrence for the type of repairs he had to make. Clearing the faucet & filter took only a few minutes and all was well. I appreciate Carson's dedication to his customers, his skill and prompt response. I have used Wickstrom Plumbing several times. Austin from Wickstrom came out to look at our broken air conditioner in the summer of 2022. He patched it up enough to get us through the summer for little cost.
Winter of 2022-2023 the furnace went out as well and Austin tried everything he could to fix it (there was no hope). He got us all set up with other Wickstrom team members that came and installed a new furnace and air conditioner.
Everybody was professional and answered the many questions I had throughout the process.

Loved interacting with Colton,Kody,Sam,&Brandon during their dig up for a main waterline repair in my front yard! Very caring and professional. The back fill of the holes to the fixed pipe was 2 days later after an inspection. Did an excellent job getting the new line under my driveway without much issues! Thanks guys!!!! (Would've liked a phone call on Wednesday to let me know that they were coming on Thursday, but was thrilled to get it finished before the weekend!)😁😁😁👍❤️
