Wickstrom Plumbing has provided my plumbing services for nearly two years. Austin Miller has taken care of routine maintenance and installed my humidifier. I highly recommend Austin, Chris, and Jason. When I first moved in and lost my heater, they came the next day.

We had a water leak ..They scheduled right a way ...Sam ca me out and took measurements...found out where the Ieak was..Then Colton Kody and Max finished the job with perfection...Great group guys..Respectful..informational...Personable...The office staff was right on target as well..

Blake (plumber) came out and serviced our water heater last week. Austin (HVAC tech) came out today and installed an air ionizer in our HVSC system. We signed up for their Premier Maintenance Plan and will be having a humidification system installed. All were on time, professional and explained what they were doing. Great service overall from Wickstrom!

We have worked with many, many different companies in town over the past 25 years and are thankful to find Wickstrom. We have used them for sewer repair, AC installation, and furnace repair over the years. Our most recent experience with Wickstrom involved having our plumbing, water heaters, and AC system checked and maintained. We worked with Stew, Chris, and Wyatt yesterday and appreciated their professional expertise and personal interaction with all of them. They truly are the very best in the business in addition to being honest and ethical. We appreciate everyone there from the office to the field workers and are so thankful to find the friendly Idaho service and excellence we have come to appreciate. They take the time for us and the time to do the job right at a fair price.

Very impressive experience. It was a big job; 3 days, 4 workers, skid steer, and a 10ft trench. Competent workers who took pride in their work and problem solving abilities.

We moved into a 100 year old house. We quickly became aware of all the plumbing issues. The first emergency visit Chris and his helper Doug came out, they got it that situation handled quickly and efficiently. We rescheduled to have them redo all of our down drains and main stack I believe (and a few other little projects) again Chris and his helper Carson were FANTASTIC. They got it all done today and helped straighten a lot of stuff out for us. I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and professional company to come into my new home.

I would 10/10 recommend Chris to anyone in the area.

with my company we strive to give the very best customer service with all the houses that we provide to the clients that buy homes from us.
We have a client that has had a water heater fail and needed asap service to get them hot water out in cascade ID,
I have been on the phone with multiple plumbers all day and getting the run around and dealt a great time waisted from every company and i was beginning to think i needed to fly out and take care of the matter myself.
then i called WICKSTORM, i can tell you from the very first moment i got on the phone call miss Rochelle, and she answered the phone and listened to the hectic stuff i have been dealing with and took great care in understanding my demand for excellent customer service to our clientele.
she then assisted me in telling me about the technician that would be assisting my client and assuring that they would be taken care of as soon as possible. as this needed to be handled in a timely manner.
she was extremely polite and explained everything from how the conduct business with third party's like myself and how the install process works.
needless to say if she was closer to me i would have asked her to come work for me because amazing customer service is extremely hard to come by.
i would recommend WickStorm just based off of the customer service value that she has presented me today.
absolutely 5 star service.

Very responsive and super easy to work with. We needed an heating oil furnace serviced / repaired. We called in the afternoon. They showed up the next day and had it working again in less than an hour. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Carson was AMAZING! Super friendly and always on time. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and the way we wanted. He communicated any extra issues he found during the job (which always seems to happen when you open walls and such) to makes sure we were informed and gave us options to fix so we could choose what we wanted to do for everything to work the best way for us. Most of all we feel safer knowing the work he did was done properly and we won’t have any leaks under the house!
