The team of folks I engaged with were/are Kelly, Rochelle, and Jason. They have been extremely helpful, prompt, down to earth folks!! They had my ducts cleaned by Chris with Clean Air Power Vac. (who was fantastic) and installed a Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma Generator in less than a weeks' time. I feel very confident
with them! They fixed a duct that was disconnected. With all of this my home heating is so much better. I can feel the extra heat flowing. So happy! I bought a Service Agreement that is a
Fa nominal value. I have found my new HVAC company.

We contracted with Wickstrom to install a water softener at our home. We were very pleased with Carson, the technician who supported us. He was person who initially came to our home to review the install details, develop and prepare the proposal, and finally complete the installation. He was very professional, clear in his explanation of the project, and completed the work on time with little disruption. A very positive experience for us. We would highly recommend Wickstrom and Carson for a plumbing project.

Had leak in external waterline. Called on a Friday. They showed up on Monday. Colton could not discern the exact problem that day, but put us on their priority list. Brandon showed up Tuesday morning, dug the hole, and found the issue. Problem was fixed that afternoon. They even are going to return with some fill dirt in order to level the effected lawn area. Talked to both Kelly and Roechelle on the phone at various times. EVERYONE I dealt with was professional and courteous. Work was professional and done in a very timely manner. Very satisfied. RECOMMEND!

(This repair was made via Homeserve, at no cost to myself. I haven't seen the invoice yet so I cannot speak to their pricing).

Garrett was very professional, careful and conscientious with the installation of a new dishwasher in our home. He was early for the appointment, gave us a detailed estimate and offered to review our home's other systems for us in consideration of a maintenance agreement with 24hr guaranteed response time, which was super important to us, considering today's workforce and professional services industry situation. It's a peace of mind knowing they will respond when and if we need their help, especially living in Valley Co.

Austin was our technician! He was very professional and on time. He answered all my questions about a new hvac system. Thank you for always being so kind and informative.

This company dropped the ball and are full of excuses. We have a break in our mainline, we had an appointment scheduled with Wickstrom, and were told we were on the emergency list as well. I called the Friday before our Tuesday appointment, Wickstrom confirmed my appointment and the emergency list. When I called on the day of the appointment for the service window, I was told my appointment had been canceled and I was no longer in the schedule. No one from the company bothered to call us. Meanwhile, I have a swimming pool in the side of my house. Extremely frustrating and will not work with the company again.

Tankless water heater servicing and drain cleaning. Blake was very friendly and professional and worked patiently but efficiently to resolve our issues, and gave great advice on what services were needed next. Definitely plan to use Wickstrom again!
