Polar Heating and Air had great service. They came out to my property in a timely matter, were great to work with, and my HVAC system works perfect. Definitely recommend!

I had a tricky install for a new thermostat. They knew exactly what they were doing and had it done in no time. Everyone I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely call them again.

It wasn't a good experience unfortunately started out with the gal who answered the phone she was far from polite, and acted very put out that we needed a later time even though I am off at 4 ( still wasn't early enough for her). I was able to get off work early, and get to house at 4:02 when she had scheduled us anywhere from 4-5. When I arrived at 4:02 tech was upset as he said his office told him 3:30!!! Tech said he was about to leave, and " I am lucky he didn't" I explained that gal told us 4-5, and sorry she told him 3:30 but not my fault his receptionist told him wrong time. Just bad experience all together tried to explain AC just very slow and not functioning like it did last summer even. Explained even in 9 hours ( overnight) only cooled 1 degree. Tech just had said nothing wrong with it. Never would recommend this place due to bad customer service, and how put out everyone was from receptionist to tech not friendly at all.

Charlie was professional and super efficient! He arrived on time and got my air conditioner up and running in less than half an hour. I highly recommend this company!

AC went out and they took such good care of me!!! I felt like I was part of the family!! Less tan 24 hours my new ac unit was in and running!!! I love this company!!! I definitely recommend them!!!

You really can't beat the quality or the price! No one wants to have unexpected troubles with heating or air conditioning but these guys truly took care of it right away! Wonderful customer service, would recommend to anyone.

AC stopped working late on a Monday. I called about 5 different places and the earliest anyone could be there was Friday. A friend referred Arctic to me and there were able to fit me in about 2 hours later. Problem was found and fixed in 15 minutes. I couldn't have been happier!

Called Polar Heating to sort out an issue with the ductwork in our house. The were extremely helpful and responded quickly. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
