Dan was polite and professional. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and got my AC back in no time. I went through my home warranty company but will definitely go directly through Polar Heating & Air in the future. Highly recommend.

I've used Polar heating now for about 3 years. They first came on my radar through a home warranty service after we purchased the house. It became clear that the 30 yr old HVAC system we had was no where close to efficient. I reached out to them for a quote along with some other companies and Polar was by far the best in initial customer service. Between Hope at the front desk and Charlie as our primary contact, nothing has gone wrong. In the end, they installed an excellent Bryant system that cut our electricity cost by 50%. Charlie has been 100% open and honest with us for what we need and what to expect. I have never had such a great experience with an HVAC company in my 20+ years of home ownership as I have had with Polar. A definite pick in my book!

Polar Air has serviced my furnace & air conditioner for several years, so when I needed a new furnace, I knew I wanted them to do the work. They are always polite, knowledgeable, and I couldn't ask for better service. My new furnace is working wonderfully. Thank you Dan, Charlie, & Claude.

Charlie has always been great to work with at Polar Heating and cooling!! He came out to service AC and found one of ducts had come unfastened in crawl space. He took time to crawl under and hook up at no extra charge. Charlie has done numerous jobs for us and is always Very nice and professional.

Dan was great came out and checked the old heater. No pressure, easy to work with. I would highly recommend the guys at Polar. They installer was great. Professional all around, my wife felt safe with them in the house.

Hope and Charlie... thank you for taking such great care of us. We had an AC issue, and Charlie fixed the problem. 30 mins later after Charlie left, an unrelated problem appeared, and, thanks to Hope, he came right back and fixed it with no extra charge. They didn't have to do that, and could have made it a separate service call. But because they are stand-up people, they just took care of us. Amazing. THANK YOU!

Dan helped allot my insurance company was dragging there feet get new AC unit Dan called multiple time put the heat on them. Thanks Dan. Install guys were great. New AC works great even in 100+ temperatures last few days. Highly recommend these guys.

Polar Heating and Air came out to my home quickly and ended up fixing a part instead of replacing my entire furnace. Another company was telling me I had to replace the entire unit. Charlie was honest and showed me that Polar Heating and Air has integrity and act like professionals. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Awesome service! AC stopped working and after waiting almost a full day for response from another company, called Polar. Very nice to talk with - unfortunately he was fully booked. A little while later, called me back as he had a cancellation. Came in the timeframe promised. I have worked with Dan Barron a couple of times with Polar Heating and Air. He has been friendly, professional, and efficient. More than anything, he has been honest about what I can expect from my AC and what my options are. I have been very please with the help they have given me and the maintenance they have performed and I would suggest them to anyone that asks.
