I am pleased and impressed with the quality of the installation of my new HVAC unit. The installers answered any questions I had with in depth answers. There was attention to detail and any leaking areas in the ducting repaired, not just patched. The finished product is attractive and orderly.

The equipment runs quietly and very efficiently. I am certain I made the right decision to trust Polar with my HVAC needs.

Old HVAC started leaking Carbon Monoxide into house.
After calling several places, Polar HVAC said they would be right out and were there before the house even got cold.
Service tech "Charlie" checked it out and. finding a broken/burned out heat exchanger, he was able to find a new high efficiency unit within a few hours. Our house is now warm and uses much less gas than before.
Best part of this is:
*Not only did repairs get made in a timely manner, but everything was swept up, and hauled away up after the install.
*"Charlie" provided complete instruction on how to program new control unit and where/how to change the filters.
*I would recommend Polar Air to anyone.

Dan was just here and checked our AC system. He is such a nice service tech. Polar has been very good in serving our system and very fair in the price. I would recommend them without question. Very good company.

Pleasant, helpful service at a reasonable price. They have worked on my furnace twice in the last 3 years and both techs did their work with efficiency and good humor. The woman who took my request on the phone was likewise pleasant and helpful as could be. Thanks to all of them.

Came right away when called. Made a clean replacement, cleaned up after themselves. Courteous, knew what they are doing and explained what they did after installation. This is the second home of ours that they did an install for us.

I had a local company come to my rental home and report the entire unit was shot. I will not name them but be careful. I contacted Polar Heating and Air to simply get a second opinion and bid. 'Charley" their service tech went out and within a few hours called. He told me noting was wrong but a filter that someone had jammed into the wrong place was clogged! (One of those Home Warranty services did it!) He cleared it out, serviced the unit and saved my a TON of money! Great job and talk about honest!

Upon calling my call was received by a friendly, polite, and professional receptionist. I was able to schedule a service call the same day as my call. Dan came to our house and serviced our furnace. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

A couple years ago Dan serviced our a/c unit. I am a repeat customer as they provide excellent customer service.
