Charlie was extremely helpful and informative! We had a recurring issue with our condensate line and within an hour he had not only diagnosed and mitigated the issue, he also installed a pump to improve the overall soundness of our system. We now have peace of mind and our AC is working like new! We highly recommend Polar for all of your HVAC needs!

We had Polar Heating and Air Conditioning install two new air conditioning units in our home. It was a terrific experience from beginning to end! Dan was thorough, helpful, honest, and easy to get ahold of. The installation team was very professional. They were respectful of our home and kept things clean and tidy. Our A/C and Furnace were 40 years old and would break down whenever it would be over 100 degrees for the last 4 years. It's not a good feeling knowing when it is super hot we will not have any air-conditioning. Dan and the crew installed the furnace, A/C, return air vent, water heater, and electronic air filter in less than one day. They were amazing, communicated well, and did an awesome job!! After more than 20 years and 3 replaced circuit boards, we recently decided not to replace the board on our furnace yet again. Dan Barron originally came to diagnose the problem on our old unit, but after we asked, he presented the replacement options in an informed but very low key, no pressure way. We were impressed with reviews of the Bryant units and decided to proceed.

The appropriately popular Charlie along with his crew did an excellent job on a rather complicated installation. They really went the extra mile to ensure that our new system would fix the heating and cooling problems we had with the original HVAC system. Despite the additional time and materials needed to make those corrections, the bill was exactly the estimate given by Dan the week before.

We are very pleased with the uniform heating provided by the new furnace. It will be a while before we try out the AC, but expect that it will function equally well. We highly recommend Polar Heating and Air.

Charlie was our serviceman and he was excellent from start to finish! We have recently purchased a house in Boise and we were having trouble with our house warming up. We easily and quickly got an appointment and he came out to evaluate the problem. Our heat pump was freezing up. It turned out to be a bit complicated to figure out the issue but Charlie did! He also suggested that two of our ducts were not installed properly and that air flow was being constricted so he personally came back and replaced and reinstalled two ducts. And he was right. Now the heat comes out beautifully! I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Charlie plus he’s a really nice guy! Don’t go anywhere else!

I have used Polar between two different houses of mine when the AC and Furnaces have gone out due to age and/or poor installation from previous builders. Dan has always been honest and straight to the point. Once a repair was finished I had ZERO issues. In my newest house, the AC finally gave out due to age. His installers Antem & Wyatt did an amazing job on the install and left NO garbage or mess behind. Truly was a great experience yet again! Polar will be my choice for all of my properties.

The service was through our home warranty, and within 5 minutes of hanging up from the warranty company, Polar called with an appointment time THAT day! Our original furnace and central air conditioner were nearly 20 years old so we decided to replace the entire system before it failed at a bad time down the Road. These folks are very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The equipment they sell is name brand and has good ratings. They arrived on time as scheduled, the install was quick and looks great. There where no surprises when it came time to write them a check and they did everything they said they would.
