Ben was great! He called prior to arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was responsive to our needs. We’ll be using this company for further furnace and air conditioning needs.

Called this morning based on a recommendation from our neighbor....job was completed in literally 3 hours from the time I called. I spoke with another company and it would take a week to get the part in. It’s nice that this company had the part in stock. The cost was so reasonable too! The other company quoted us a good amount more so it was very reassuring that Ted Dumont HVAC was honest. Staff was professional, efficient and very nice! Highly recommend. Thank you again for bringing much needed heat back to our home. :)!

Brandon Dumont presented me with a quote of $7950 for a new 5ton air conditioning unit and 13 seer carrier heating unit with coils. He made promises that he would do the installation but tried to have an apprentice do the entire install alone. When i questioned this him and his company refused to fulfil the signed bid. After which I filed a BBB complaint and he displayed no honest or integrity in his response. In the future i hope this stated price is what other customers demand. As for me the company has proven to be dishonest and un trustworthy and i will seek business elsewhere.

This is a well run company that cares more about making you happy with their service than price gouging. We compiled several bids and Ted Dumont HVAC was significantly lower with very similar equipment. No free cruises (as one company offered) or early scheduling discounts (designed to make you not get other bids), just their best price. The installers were there when scheduled, worked efficiently and we have a brand new HVAC system that seems to be running very well. We really enjoyed working with these guys and highly recommend them.

Ted Dumont HVAC is amazing! Our outside air conditioning compressor unit failed, and the service person said that we only needed that one unit, and had it installed that day! Other places recommended to get a bigger A/C unit, which means that we would have to replace the furnace, etc. The unit Ted Dumont put in was the same capacity as our old one, and our house is cooler than it ever was! So they provided us superior performance quickly, and at a much cheaper price than other alternatives. They are very honest and competent, and I can't speak highly enough about them!

We have had ongoing issues with our heating system and no one has been able to fix it. Ben came out to our office and not only figured out what the root issue was but fixed it. He was very professional and got the job done right. Thank you Ben!!
